I could not be more pleased with Cranial Technologies. The process from the very beginning to my daughters graduation was amazing. All the staff were incredible, super friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. The results from the DOC band for my daughters head was truly transformative. I cannot say enough great things about this place. It changed my daughters life and I am beyond happy and grateful, thank you Cranial Technologies!

Very bad customer service via phone specifically in Columbia MD area.Try to elude customers and try to put many lies abd pushy, in order to get permission from insurance.I was told that I can have different color of helmet but at the end they said we only provide white.Thank you

We had our last visit today with our baby, and very happy with the results!!!!I highly recommend this place, you can really see differences from day one.Staff is great, everybody is very professional but Miss Taylor is the best!!!!

I had my daughter evaluated based on a recommendation from her PT. From start to finish, this process went so smoothly. I was nervous about the process, but the staff did a great job putting us at ease. I highly recommend going to this place if you have even the slightest concern.

Cranial Technologies is wonderful. They do free consultations so if you have any questions about your babys head shape dont hesitate to go there. The staff is incredibly compassionate and friendly. The office is very clean. There is even a place for older children to play while the baby has an appointment. They work with most insurance companies. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have concerned about your child having a flat spot, come see them right away. If there is an issue, it is better to have it addressed sooner then later. This is such a kind and compassionate place to go. I am very glad we came here. The office complex that Crainal Technologies is in is sort of hidden in a neighborhood. You should be able to get there by GPS. The office is on the 3rd floor.

Such a friendly staff. Very Clean office. Always had an enjoyable experience. We are very happy with the results our son had in his DOC band. It’s well worth the money, and this is a great team to work with!

Our bands are great the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful my sons head was definitely not gonna self correct and I can’t believe the difference already this location really has great staff

The band works great. There is conflicting research on the technology being that researchers have found that babies skulls will correct themselves... and the band simply accelerates this fix. Some may feel that the band is unneeded. I went with the band because I didnt want my son to fall in the small percentage of babies that had a skull that did not correct itself.The 2 star rating is for the staff. Very unresponsive to email and phone calls. Ive left several messages with the front staff to have my sons clinician call me, and I essentially have to call back several times and beg for a follow up call. There are several mediums to communicate as Ive emailed as well... so no excuses for the lack of communication.The front desk staff always seem to want to rush me off the phone. Im sorry but I did not pay nearly $3,000 dollars for you to rush me off the phone as if I am a bother. This is a sensitive time in any family-- try to be a little more patient with the families.Also wasnt happy- we were told that we couldnt get a good read on my sons head due to all the hair he had so they asked that we shave his head and come back. We did this, when we came back they acted very unwilling to give us the same type of measurement as the first visit (1st visit goes over numbers related to the head shape... 2nd visit is the fitting of the helmet). During the 2nd visit, they were only about fitting for a helmet. It was very pushy- like they were used car salesman. I asked for numbers- they declined. I firmly asked for them again-- and they looked blankly at one another and said... well I guess we can get her something over.NOT a pleasant experience THUS FAR!

Horrible lack of communication. We went for an appointment 2 weeks ago and still dont have our second appointment. Weve had to chase them down to respond to us for everything including insurance, following up with our surgeon etc. Its a shame because the technology seems really good. Hope we get to use it someday.

Had a great experience here with my daughter. Never once waited to be taken back, everyone was always friendly and answered any questions we had, and best of all - the band works!

Very professional team .I went there for consultation and it was done in 15min and they answered all my questions.
