I love this place. My kids are addressed by their names, fast to get us in to be seen, its clean, very friendly. Always have a warm atmosphere. LOVE IT HERE wish i could give it more stars. first time i trust a practice with my babies

I have had to take my 3 year old for a couple of well visits. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and friendly, I never felt like a bother with my multiple questions. Every time I have called for paperwork they explained the process thoroughly and provided realistic timelines.

Poor customer service. Rude. Doesn’t answer questions appropriately. Inappropriately lumps patients into categories with each other that do not belong together. Stigmatizes patients. In general is the absolute worst doctors office experience I have ever had in my life. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy who was dying of the most painful cancer there. Those people disgust me in every single way possible and they should be shut down.

Im changing the review after as many times a Ive been to family first today my appointment was at 3:55 and my daughter appointment was at 4:13 we didnt get seen to 4:30 close to 5 pm we were there for 2 hours spent 1 hour in the room than had to wait 15 minutes for her my daughters shots so not happy with the Dr I seen and that place I will be finding a new Dr office ! U guys can go kick rocks !
