I signed my son up for the summer camp for two weeks. Half way through the first week I could tell how great the instructors were and my son was asking to come back everyday. We signed him up for a third week and will be signing up for the aftercare program.Master Kevin and his staff are all very attentive and communicative. They know your child and they know you. They instill great character and life lessons. All of this at the rate they charge seems like a steal in my book.Highly recommend. My son has a great time doing all the activities and is excited to be learning the karate aspects too

This place can be the most trusted place after home for the our kids. I love their before and after school program. Kids can play do homework and learn some martial arts at the same day. Amazing staff and management. Master Kevin is the most caring guy i have ever seen. Their summer camp is one of the best in the nation.

When we werent happy with the before and after care at our daughters school a friend suggested we check out Wilde Lake Karate. Im SOOO glad we did. Master Kevin and all the staff were so friendly and engaging that we knew it would be a great fit. We were able to start right away and loved the earlier drop off time in the morning that worked better for our family. It is a great mix of support, fun, discipline, and encouragement that kids this age need. The staff genuinely cares about the kids and works with families where they are at so you feel like you are part of a family like community. Highly recommend them!

I love this place. Ive seen so much improvement in my son. I would highly recommend. Theyll teach your child to listen /focus and more importantly RESPECT AND SELF CONFIDENCE!

My son has participated in after school programs, lessons, and camp at Wilde Lake karate. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Master Kevin is very caring despite the high expectations he has of the kids. And while this place struggled during the pandemic, they really stepped up to help families. We did not end up sending our son to their school day program, but we did do virtual lessons for most of the pandemic. This place is a community asset that clearly cares about the kids they train and their families.

We have been with WLK for 4 years now and couldnt be more grateful for Master Kevin and his staff. Always incredibly kind, attentive, and they clearly love the kids! Both my kids have attended the after school and summer camp and LOVE it. Great way to get physical activity, learn respect, and my kids have really excelled with their martial arts skills. Great confidence builder for all! Couldnt make work-school-life-balance happen without WLK - they have been so flexible as well! Thank you, Master Kevin, for everything!!Highly recommend WLK :-)

Great for the entire family!!! My two children spent 3 fabulous years at Wilde Lake Karate. They learned so much more than martial arts and physical fitness— Master Kevin instilled in them a sense of discipline, respect, perseverance, and self-esteem, all while having fun and developing a lifelong interest. My children enjoyed it so much, our friends joined, then so did the dads! The classes, after school program, and camps are worth every penny!!! Plus, Master Kevin is incredibly kind, patient and generous with his time. Pro tip: Afterschool program features physical exercise with homework help!!! Such a blessing for busy parents. And with their fleet of vans, they often can pick up your child at their school afterschool. This place is phenomenal! The instructors are kind, patient, and treat you like family. It feels like a welcoming community. They are so attentive, everyone learns and grows while having fun! Can’t say enough great things about WLK!❤️❤️❤️

Grew up here and wouldn’t change a thing about the place, learned lots of life lessons that I won’t soon forget

My children (now ages 10 and 8- boy and girl) have been students of the WLK school for a few years, they also attended summer camps. They look forward to attending and smiling when I pick them up. The staff and instructors are very compassionate, caring and truly passionate about what they do with the children. This is more than a school, it is a family.

Wilde Lake Karate is awesome! I cant say enough good things about it!My daughter has been in their camp and after care since last summer. She has earned two belts and is on her way to orange. They are very reliable, easy to work with, caring, and hard-working. Master Kevin is excellent at teaching TaeKwonDo and instilling values in his students and staff. You can tell that the students who have been with the school a long time are good kids. The center is like a family and we are glad to be a part of it.

I was there looking for a place to continue my studies and overheard the conversation that took place. The instructor simply said that it is not a good fit. Having studied mixed martial arts for a number of years, I can honestly say it is not for everyone. The business was simply looking out for the childs best interest and I fully support the decision.

My son has been doing after school care and instruction with WLK since September and he has feel inlove with Karate. I did have him at another facility prior and he was not motivated at all. He is excelling in his behavior, his confidence and his respect. My son has always had these threes qualities but they have excelled since being with Wilde Lake. We are grateful for the staff and instructors here and I would recomend it to anyone who asks.

Both of my kids have attended this program, aftercare, summer camp and classes over the past 15 years. I love the programs and the instructors, staff and facility are exceptional! I highly recommend!!!

As an educator for more than 13 years, I can say this the summer camp is nothing more than a baby sitting service. Also, I dont recommend sending children to a place where they are told to their face, Anyone else would have given up on you.
