The lady who did my laundry was so kind and works so hard. I could never wash and fold my laundry as nicely as she does. Thankyou so much.

I’ve used this location for the past two years. Staff Is always friendly. Any issues I had with machines were dealt with immediately and professionally. I do miss the arcade games but otherwise a great place to do laundry.

Dryer gave out. I had to pay a couple visits to this place. Location is convenient & staff is pleasant.

Staff is very rude. Literally yelling at the customers telling them you get out! you get out! I dont know about you but I love my life! My son went to the bathroom and I couldnt even wait for him to come out, she came out saying I had to leave. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Threatened to call the police because people were doing their laundry. Which is the purpose of the business.

My credit card information was compromised, and had 3 charges I never approved. I was a frequent customer of this place for months. I would drop off my laundry and pick it up next day. I stopped using this place, and three months later I had three consecutive charges in my bank account all over $30. I highly recommend NOT using this laundromat.

I went to this establishment for the first time and last time today! I dont appreciate being ripped off when Im already spending money in the joint. PUT AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN ON THE MACHINES THAT DONT WORK. Instead of being aware that they dont work and still letting customers attempt to utilize them anyway, only to be told that they DONT WORK and the attendant cant issue a refund???

I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned here, and they washed, folded, and had it in a big bag waiting for me an hour before I was told pickup would be. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and my mattress looks and feels so clean.

I use, correct that USED, this place on a daily basis for my own business laundry. I put up with the employee, Jerry Hamilton, that constantly had his headphones in and on his cell phone and ignored you when you came in and then got mad and acted like it was YOUR fault you had to touch him or scream to get his attention to take care of you. The straw that broke the camels back was I had JUST dropped off some laundry and was leaving. As I was leaving I was making a right out of the parking lot and Jerry was coming to work and was pulling into the parking lot on the wrong side of the road and about hit my car head on. He stopped and refused to move because he didnt want to drive over a pot hole he could have easily driven around. He sat there and instructed me to drive around him on the wrong side of the road! #1, if I WANTED to break the rules of the road and do that I couldnt I had a car behind me and couldnt back up to do so as he was right up to me. #2, he was illegally on the wrong side of the street and should have not been a douche and just moved. He then stepped out of his car, leaving it on the left side of the road, and began filming me and saying I could go around him. His fellow employee tried to call Wash World owner for us to have his behavior corrected but the owner never answers the phone or makes Jerry do his job anyway. He continued to film and cuss at myself my passenger my daughter and the car behind me (who also asked him to get out of the road and move). Mr Hamilton is also an employee of our fine City as he was wearing that uniform, as he wears that every day on his night job at Wash World. What a representation of our city!! And I dont see the point of providing TVs for people to watch if employees are going to play their music over them so that you cannot hear them, doesnt that defeat the purpose?! The person as the desk couldnt even hear me talk!! This place is more dysfunctional than a messed up family!!

Very clean a little pricey on the washing machine but they’re all in good working order. The people that run the place are very nice and they’ll even transfer your laundry if you’re too busy for two dollars. They have a monthly service as well.

I liked the aspect of buying a card and refilling it, without going out to look for coins like other washers. However I thought it was too expensive to do a complete washing and drying of clothes. The soap dispenser is good but too little soap packed in the small boxes which is part of the expense. If you can lower the cost, I will real love it.

Sensational dress relationship at Wash World of Rosewood.I have a colossal level of dress that is the reason I require another person to do it since I am decently clamoring these days. Productive thing theres Wash World of RosewoodWash World of Rosewood to do it for me.Tip top Wash World of Rosewood is only a particular bring. That bargain with. They will come to get your dress by then pass on them to house after they got washed. SO astounding to have affiliations like this. It makes my life less inquisitive. The person if all else fails completing point makes it incomprehensibly less troublesome by being bewildering and careful. Shocking work on that.The affiliation was dazzling. My white shaded bits of dress end up being eminently white. The decision bit of my bits of bits of vestments are squeaky clean. Vehemently for a clothing affiliation. I figured the affiliation would be unfortunate, at any rate they vanquish needs from my hankering.Will call Wash World of Rosewood again some time from now. I really need to do my dress soon.

This is the place I take my dirty laundry to every Friday afternoon. So far, I’ve not had major issues. If they say your clothes will be ready at 3 pm the next day, you know it will be. And that’s the most important this for me.

Love doing laundry here. They have free wi-fi, which is pretty fast. Reasonable prices on the machines as well.

Love the Fluff/Fold but always wait to drop off/pick up when I have LOTS of time bc Ive been in waiting when no staff was around during operational hours. Other than that, staff is nice, clothes done great. Just dont ever be in a hurry when you need to drop off or pick up. Ive walked out twice without getting my clothes bc no one was around.

This place is decent. It is never fun washing clothes at a laundromat, but they have free internet, one table with an outlet and helpful staff. The TVs are annoying, but I guess some people like that.

Love the Fluff and Fold Service. Quite possibly the same price as doing it myself. At least not much of a difference. $1.00 a Pound and its washed and folded for me!!!

Good place to wash your clothes if you cant do it at home. Dont recommend doing it on the weekend though.

Wash world is the WORST!!!!! I signed up for a laundry plan with the promise of a refund if I was not satisfied with the service. And I was NOT! They must do their laundry using the harshest detergent!!!!! Be ware. After making contact and requesting a refund, I never heard from them again!!! Such a ripoff!

Nasty place to wash your clothes rhe attendant is very nasty and none of there machines dont ever work. On top of that they take your money and look at you crazy when you tell them how much u are owed on the still wet clothes that has been turning for 15 mins and still wet like you pulled them straight out of the washer..smh do better if u want peoples money

As far as laundromats go this is the cleanest and most convenient to the rosewood area.

The place was clean and quiet. Plus they have wi-fi. A lot of their washers were broken.

The place is clean, there is always someone on staff, you can even leave clothes and pay them to wash them for you. They actually maintain their equipment too. Considering some of the places Ive been to in the surrounding area, this is a rarity. Clean bathrooms, free wi-fi, tiny painful parking lot that was not made to navigate the number of people in it. They have their own card swipes, so be prepared to hit the machine to get one and load it up (card itself is free, it spits it out when you add money to it). You do not need cash only, it will also take cards.If you have a lot of stuff to wash, the Subway is in the gas station next door and with the meat market, you can pick up some dinner for later while you wait.

If you want a REAL review, keep reading. I never even had a chance to use their services. Scheduled a pick up, was told they would be at my apartment by 10:30am. The time came and passed without a phone call, an update, nothing. When I attempted to call in order to inquire about the missed pick up, every call was directed to a man named Ryans voicemail. The ONLY way to get ANY type of response from this company is through Facebook messanger and even then, they do not respond prompty, despite the heading informing customers otherwise. Since I know they will delete this off their FB page, I will also be posting to Google, Yelp and any other review sites I can find.Update:This was my response from the mystery individual who answers their Facebook questions and never identified themselves:We use IP phones with the automated phone and they are down the phones ring on your end but not on ours.  Concerning why there was no pickup is because we only do commercial accounts or student plans. We no longer offer as needed services.   Sorry for any confusion.When I responded asking why were given a pick up time for a service they apparently no longer offer, this was the response:Not sure.   We have a few new people and obviously things got mixed up sorry for the confusion.

Its the laundry mat. The TVs arent great they have some static and you cant hear them most of the time. The washer drums have bent warped drain holes that will ware your clothes out. The staff is mostly nice. Some of them clean often and some dont. If I ever saw one person wipe down the folding tables Id be very shocked though. When I wipe it the cloth comes up blackened. And most employees here will tell you the owners dont take care of there employees. Ive only had dealings with him over the phone as a customer not as a employee but he did seem pretty much like a prick and put off his short coming on a partner who also ones the Wash world and that what his employees said he does to them when they need time off or vacations.
