IF ONLY GOOGLE ALLOWED ZERO STARS.Google says they close at 10, these are your hours that you allow up here, but I get here literally its 8:37 and theyve locked the door and wont let me in. Looking at me shaking their head and I only have 1 basket in my hand, I tell them I just have this one basket and its an hour and a half before yall close. Most laundromats I visit last wash is an hour before closing, so if your going to be lazy at least update this information! Not to mention the parking lot is so far from the door you literally have to carry your clothes almost a minute walk up turn a corner and then youre at the laundromat. So understand my frustration in this review.. As a business, you have to think about how youre treating your potential customers as opposed to your competitors. I would have been out way before 10, but you figure youll close early to get out early and thats inconvenient to customers.DO NOT WASTE YOURE TIME.But hey, if you like wasting time and carrying baskets then by all means, this is the place for you!

A nice local laundry clean and efficient. They have machines that can fit two comforters at the same time. Clothes came out clean and fresh. The machines are front loading. Some top loading as well. They also sell soap and some refreshments and there is a television. I watched Brazil at the world cup. Had a great time.

Laundromat doesnt have enough hot water to support operations. I came when the establishment was not busy, set the machines to hot water; and nothing but ice cold water came out. Given that I only use laundromats to wash my filthy gym clothes, having hot water is a necessity.The actual machines (Wascomat) seem to work well. Prewash, Wash, Rinse, Spin, Rinse, Second Spin, Final Rinse, Final Spin. I like this order as very little residual soap is left in clothes, which can eventually cause an unpleasant order.If only the establishment had enough hot water, it would be perfect. I also found the staff friendly.

If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. One of the employees, Rosa, which it seems like she gave me a fake name, is very rude. One of the machines didn’t work but there was no sign put up that said OUT OF ORDER. I wasted my time and money yet NO REFUND. I put my wet and not dried blanket in another machine. And there was no notice that I needed to put in a minimum amount of a coins. So even when I only needed for a certain amount (again would like to point out that I am using more money than I should because the previous was broken), I didn’t know the machine needed a minimum and I wasted money again. And they did not give me a refund AGAIN for not putting up ANY sign that there needed to be a minimum. Please DO NOT come here! Only if you want to waste your time and money! You obviously won’t know if you are putting your clothes in a broken machine or working machine because they don’t put any sign up.

The facility to be fair is adequate for laundry needs. However, I was told that I couldn’t use the restroom because it was out of order. The owner told me to use the business across the way while I had my clothes in the washer. To my surprise, there were other people who were white, including my partner that were welcomed to use the restroom. I will never spend another dime at this place again.

This is your standard, quarters-only laundromat. Most of the machines were in working order (Im disappointed by places that have 4-5 machines out of order) Location is not the most convenient. Its in the middle of a strip mall, a fair distance from the parking lot. However, you can borrow their wheeled baskets to move your laundry from car to the machines. Clean facility though folding tables are a bit worn looking. Reasonably priced loads. 1 load = 10 lbs, so a 55 lb washer (=5 loads) is $6.25. Bring your own detergent; its pricey if bought from here. Also, theres a sign that says you can bring in the last load at 08:30 PM. Would not recommend coming here late at night as the surrounding area can feel sketchy. Wash time for 1 load on hot cycle, in the 40 lb washer was ~40 min for $4.75. The last two digits of the washer model indicate the capacity in number of lbs, i.e. W655 = 55 lb capacity.

I only go here when I wash comforters. The place is always kept clean. The workers are very helpful and friendly.

There are non-English speaking clerks to assist customers. While having another customer to translate our dialogue, we agreed to the terms of making payment after washing services were complete. I dropped off clothes at 3pm, returned by 8pm for the clerk to say “tomorrow, no pay yet”.... I now have to miss a very important event because there was simple miscommunication. Maybe a good business, but terrible customer service (you will get no assistance if the person does not speak English) point blank period.

The place seemed fine, but my girlfriend said she felt uncomfortable when she went alone. Due to the caretaker locked the door to get out over an hour before closing.

Kinda pricey to just wash/dry an XL pet bed.

This place is a lifesaver while waiting to get my washing machine replaced. The attendant there gives you change for the machines. They sell lots of laundry related accessories like bags of all sizes, baskets, dryer sheets, detergent, fabric softener, etc. The bathroom requires a key and is a one room stall. It isnt the fanciest, but it was clean enough and got the job done. The courtyard or area where other shops would be is peaceful, although some of the benches are falling apart. Great place to read or get some work done. There is a barber shop and beauty supply store still in the seemingly deserted shopping center. They have laundry baskets to wheel your clothes from the parking lot to the laundromat as the walk is sort of a distance.

This place is horrible the manager is rude all of the staff is rude dont show up at 8:20 when last load is at 830 because they will tell you that they are closed and also dont be drying your clothes at 10 oclock because if youre the last person theyre kicking you out they are extremely rude please go somewhere else and spend your money I am personally taking time out to boycott the h*** out of this laundry mat because Ive had more than one occasion when they are more than rude do not give them your money

There is no indication on their website that the last load is at 8:30 PM. I got turned away for the second time.
