Everything they sell is given to them. I donated two large bags if new clothes before going. Less than pleased with the experience.

Was scheduled an appointment for utility assistance. I was a few minutes late and they would not see me. It took years to get help because they have this voice mail assistance line smh o give up I think they are using the money for there own needs. God will make a way.

I got a brand new rug from there. I love it. The cashier was awesome for allowing me to place my things at the counter while I continued to shop. I didnt like being told I had to wait for items to be counted and placed on the rack before I could grab it while 2 old ladies of the opposite race grabbed what they wanted because they were helping. For that reason I cant give anything greater than 4 stars. Life aint fair, true enough but we all were at the same cart... should I have helped in order to choose what I wanted before it was counted or placed on the rack!? Or am I overreacting...

If I can give them a zero I would!! The people that work for the Salvation Army are rude!!! They don’t care that u are struggling. They don’t care if ur kids miss Christmas they don’t care and they have they nastiest attitudes!! I was nice as can be and the lady wouldn’t help me at all. I missed the Christmas sign up by 2 days and the lady said oh well

The Salvation Army actually Helps a person in NEED. Other similar organizations use Free Items to rake-in enomous $$$$$ : but neglect the less fortunate. SALVATION. The name says it all.

This place is pretty dismal and needs a deep clean, but there are a few treasures to be found.

They give you a date and time to call... You can call that time and can never get through ...the voicemail is full beforehand .....everytime Ive needed assistance which is not often.. I cant seem to get help then they say they only have that one line working for multiple counties, something needs to be done about that.... Its cold and Alot of people need assistance with their bill especially the old and ones with children.
