Ummmmm.... where to begin? Angela is everything!!!!1. They accept walk-ins and their prices are ridiculously perfect. Definitely didnt expect this price point for a salon in columbia md.2. Will definitely take children here for hair care. I have been tender headed all my life with super curly hair. I was literally falling asleep as she was combing my hair out.. She holds the hair AT THE ROOT and combs out (if anyone else is tender headed, you know this is a Godsend technique 😂)3. She washed THE BACK of my hair/neck. Ive gone to so many places where it feels like they just run their hands through back there to get it wet, but I never feel like its properly done.4. Because of her attention to just washing my hair (she hadnt even deep conditioned it yet), I could feel the water running throughout. I only ever get that feeling after washing my hair and using an apple cider vinegar rinse.5. Shes so attentive; her energy is just so chill and you feel comfortable around her. She has a very calming presence, cuz I definitely apologized a few times for showing up with my hair looking the way it did.6. She takes her time with your hair, so schedule when you have time and are not in a rush.7. She holds your ear down herself when the flat iron comes through. I usually tend to take a few breaths and hope for the best, but I felt assured that I wouldnt get burned lol.8. This was the first time Ive been and I wont go to anyone else now that I know shes here. She really knows her stuff and she talks about taking care of your hair as if its her own. I was floored with her service and professionalism.Theres probably more that I could say, but ill leave it at that. Highly highly recommend. Im so impressed at the level of customer service!And they answer the phone!!!!And my hair looks great!!!

I almost always read the reviews to help me decide if I will try a new business for the first time and Im so happy I went with this salon....with that being said, I will definitely be going back (appt already made lol)! I am very particular about how I like my hair to be done which is part of the reason I stopped going to salons. In my salon experiences, either the stylist cuts way too much, which then forces you to wait for it to grow out OR charge an absurd price due to the length of your hair. Blooming Hope Dominican Hair Salon does neither. After transitioning from relaxed to natural since 2017, Angela did an AMAZING job on my cut and blow out! I absolutely love how professional and attentive she was.

Elizabeth is my hairdresser since my first visit to this hair salon she’s gone above and beyond when taking care of my hair. She’s done amazing coloring, and hair blower. The way she massaged my hair when washing it is fenomenal. I highly recommend Elizabeth and the hair salon too.

I hadn’t been to a hair salon in about 4 years but Mrs. Angela really took such good care of me. My hair is really thick and full, but she took her time with the whole process and the end result is more than satisfactory!!! You definitely can’t go wrong with Blooming Hope!

Worst customer service ever, we were the only customer and waited for hour, without a service because the barber was chatting with the ladies. Finally had to walk away. Do not waste your time.

Went for color and Dominican Blowout. Communication was excellent. It took me a while to figure out what color I wanted. Angela was patient amd a good listener. I already had highlights abd turns out I only needed toner to bring out the color, a cheaper service. She got me the exact color I wanted, did my natural 4c hair beautifully; also cared for the hair using deep conditioner and heat protectant. Her prices were also very reasonable. First time there but will definitely return.
