Quite a layout! They keep the gym nice and cool too, but not COLD, if you follow me. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to do my increment training til I dropped....excellent workout. Wish they had a track outside too but thats ok, the hamster wheels work well.

It was fun an exciting. Highly recommend gym to all. 💪

Clean and full of good working equipment to choose from in several areas. Friendly and helpful staff and as always a safe space to workout in a judgment free atmosphere

Plenty of equipment, but it felt crowded. Minimum spaces to walk between the machines.

Probably the best gym on Fort Jackson... If the Solomon Center was transformed like Perez, theyd have world class facility... Great Job on Perez👍

I love this gym. The staff remembers you and treat you like family. The members there are all one big happy family truly theres no body shaming everyone is there to help the other its a great place to work out

Great gym. Most of the equipment is free to use you dont have to worry about waiting. Theyre open to about 9 p.m. which is great for most people and open 7 days a week

Good equipment but very crowded.Not enough space to properly use some of the equipment. I would have to stop using a machine to allow someone to walk through the aisle

This is your best option for gyms on post. Hours are great, staff is friendly, and its well equipped. Only downsides are that the cardio room is usually way too hot, its crowded Mondays from 5-6pm, and dumbbells sometimes smell funky. Its not glamorous, but I think they do the best with what they can.

Great workout facility! Not the most cosmetically attractive establishment in comparison to other fitness centers but it has everything you need and more to build a healthy lifestyle and/or physique!

This gym its outstanding aThere is rhis one lady there who works every time I see her. shes on her feet cleaning checking with customers making sure they have what they need greeting everyone saying hello n good bye just a great gym you can get in and get out easy.

If you are into serious bodybuilding, weightlifting this would be the place to go. It does have a separate room that has a bunch of treadmills and bicycles and elliptical to use. It also has two racquetball courts that are maintained

Another dangerous weight room. Too much equipment with inadequate walk ways. Tripping hazards all over the free weight side. Machine weights are too close. And to top it off there is a track running through the weight room. You cant make this up.

Great gym a lot if options on exercise machines

The lady Jada is outstanding, she will make aure you have a great visit and she worka so very proud n hard keeping that place clean.

Decent Gym. A lot of equipment, but a little cramped. Walking track inside and the staff is very wonderful. Despite its location, it can get busy.

Huge & spacious gym, friendly employees, lots of equipment, dumbbell area is quite small. Great gym & hours but lots of meatheads (minus 1 star).

If you have excess to this small military gymnasium, you must use the amenities of various topnotch equipment, quiet atomsphere, a clean and fresh pleasant smell facility and friendly helpful staff. Indoors include two standard racquetball courts, an aerobic exercise room with treadmills stairwalkers and elliptical machines. The main exercise area have just every exercise equipment to workout every muscle group plus the free weights workout area. I enjoyed my most recent visit.

By far the best gym on post other than you must be in APFU from open to 0800

I have traveled a lot and lived in a lot of different places. This gym is my favorite as it has so many different machines to choose from for weightlifting. I have picked this over any gym membership in the Columbia area

Probably the best fitness center on Ft. Jackson. Great selection of free weights, Nautilus machine weights, and cardio machines. Also includes dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls and other equipment for plyometric workouts. Includes my personal favorite, weighted sled. Staff friendly and place is kept clean. Probably only minor shortfall is no outdoor track/workout area for nice weather.
