Dax and his crew did an excellent job. He was great at answering questions and communicating by text before we hired them and after the job, and let me know we would be their first stop this morning in a 30-minute window they hit perfectly. Walk-through for estimate went well, as did the removal on the same visit of our several large furniture items and other misc junk from the 5 parts of the house as needed (attic, basement, kitchen, living room and garage). They were polite, fast, considerate of our home, and even got our broken dishwasher unstuck from the cabinetry so they could load it (we had unhooked all the connections in advance as Dax had asked). I like that they sort through the items after they haul them in order to recycle all they can, and will dispose of our old lawn mower oil, dead batteries, spray paint, old fire extinguishers, etc. properly. Would definitely use again!

I had attempted to manage a duplex clean out for an aging relative who suddenly needed to move to more care. I was overwhelmed!! I saw an ad for Mr Junk, texted them, we met at the property and set a time to start. It was quite an undertaking, 40 years of smoky, dogafied, dusty and just piles of stuff. The team had stairs in and out, no matter which door they used to exit and enter. They were quiet, professional and considerate of the neighbor, who did not even realize they were there most of the time. It took them 2 1/2 days to do what would have literally taken us easily a month of Sunday’s. There was nothing left but a metal plate on the wall that was not removable. Impressive! I have been telling everyone about the great help they gave us in this matter. I will not say it was a cheap service, but, it was completely fair for what they had to get done.
