Went to do everything I needed to do for a job that was hiring. They told me that they would call me the next day to go to the site to start the hiring process there and I was never called back the next day.. I kept calling but everybody kept telling me they would call me. WASTE OF TIME AND HAD MY HOPES UP ABOUT FINALLY FINDING WORK! Wouldn’t recommend this temp agency unless they prove everything right there the same day!

They placed me with a new job in less than 3 weeks to which I am happy and grateful to say the company they placed me with has hired me on. TRC is one of the best places to work! I started working with trc in April. They put me with a company and got hired on within 3 months! So with Trc you can grow and move up. Got hired through the agency and waited 2 weeks for an update of when I would be potentially starting my first day. Called just to be told that I wasnt qualified for the position when I got hired. Waste of time and gas money dont apply here if you want a job ASAP. Theyll never get back to you.

Unprofessional when it comes to firing employees. And don’t give employees notice that their assignments are coming to an end. Also don’t even find their employees a new assignment. I worked for psa for 7 months and didn’t get hired on but they looked over me. They say you are supposed to work 3 months 400 hours and you could get switched to hired full time with the company you are at. They lied.

Honest, and Great Place to start a job

My experience at TRC Staffing has been horrible. The place I was assigned to was amazing, I loved working there but as far as the agency, I dread the fact I didnt run after the first incident. First they were 3 days late with my check. It would have been 7 days had I not go into their office, after calling and emailing for 2 days and demand my PAPER check that was supposed to be direct deposited, be expedited by FedEx. Another person who had been there before said they had that problem when she started. Which is telling me this is an ongoing problem they choose not to fix.I needed a statement saying that they offered health insurance and how much it would be to add a child for court purposes. Something one of them could easily type up and email me.The receptionist transferred me to an 800 number, which in the end sent me to a voicemail, that never returned my call by the way.I also needed to change my dependents and direct deposit, guess where I was referred to, the 800 that never picks up.I understand that this is a staffing agency, but Ive been thru temp agencies before and my experience here has been just RIDICULOUS. On my day off, after business hours, I received an email saying my assignment ended. Assignments dont end until 3 months, its been 2. Never got any warnings about anything I may have been doing wrong, no issues from management. I replied asking for an explanation, and did not get a reply. Called them, they were closed. Waited the next day, no email. Had to call them and his words were You dont need an explanation, they arent required to give one. So I asked for him to send that in email, no email. I had to physically go up there and ask and he just said no in the snootiest manner.Update: because I had to file for unemployment, they’re required to give a reason for release. So they sent a copy of an email of my supervisor at the assignment saying I needed to show immediate approvement. DARIUS called me and basically just asked how I liked it, is there anything to do to improve my experience. He did NOT tell me I was having errors while working. So I lost a very good job because he did not do his.If you get offered a job at TRC, walk on eggshells the whole time, or have a back up plan.

They hire mostly white people. If you are not white then you are better off going to another temp service.
