Worked with them two weeks and gotten a call saying assignment ended due to work getting slow. He told me that he was gonna call me back because he was gonna send me to another job and I havent received a call yet

I have used them several times over the past 25 years and they have always found me great jobs. I officially start a State job this November and it is all thanks to the great staff at Roper. Judging by the initial phone call I can assure you that I will not be using their services.The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. She was trying to educate me on how much salary my boss should be paying his employees. Based on the questions she was asking me, its clear that this agency does not have a defined method on helping employers find a good match. Compared to the other agencies I called in the surrounding area, this one sticks out like a sore thumb. My gut tells me to keep looking.

This company I would not recommend. People working for them are more focused on filling any job spot more than satisfying the hires.

I will not depend on this staffing agency to find me a job again. They posted a job online and I met the requirements and all. Said that the job was immediate and work should begin soon. I drove 45 mins to this office, did all paperwork and was happy when I left knowing I had a job starting real soon. Didnt hear anything so I called them and the lady told me give it a few more days. Called a few days later they tells me that the job is kinda full and itll be a few weeks. Pretty much they post jobs and get so many people to apply so they have back ups so if another employee messes up then theyll use you. NO! That is not how I do business. Why get someones hopes up and then tell them its not available just yet... So why post it if its not available just yet? Just like the Sumter office they want you to call every week to check in... Roper Staffings are a joke and waste of time.
