I had good experiences here and the staff was always professional, courteous, prompt and showed kind attention to finding a good fit for me. I worked the same assignment for over a year here until I asked for reassignment. They facilitated me with opportunities to work consistently. I begain to ask for a little higher paying assignments and none were available because of a slow down that was happening. Still, I would recommend this agency. Over all its a good company if your in the process of finding your niche or are only able to do consultant/temporary work.

I’ve work for various staffing agencies and they don’t compare to my experience here. I enjoyed working for Level One! For me communication is key and the communication between myself and Courtney was A-1. Always professional and polite! If there was a question I was given an answer. They even sent a signed birthday card for every birthday:-) I ended up going permanent after my temp assignment and if ever needed I will definitely reach out to them again! I will also refer those I know. Thank you helping me jumpstart my career. I Will surely miss working with you all!!!

I would not recommend at all got the job received the drug test on a Tuesday I lost my I’d went to replace my I’d so I could take the drug test received a email that same week on a Thursday saying I’m no longer being considered because I didn’t take the test and I had plenty of time to take it the lady was rude never told me I only had one day to take the test speed up I reapplied thinking let me start fresh soon as I put in the application another email saying we are not looking at you she was rude and never responded to my email or calls very unprofessionalUpdate :after I posted this review about the company the same lady I will not give her name called me harassing me about my post this person is beyond unprofessional she’s unpleasant and it’s a shame I feel like I should call bbb and file a claim she sent me a nasty email and called my phone threatening me saying I’m in violation of my contract lady what contract so I called a lawyer and I’m able to speak my truth and post what I like the company I’m sure would be better with out her. Lucky I’m back to work thank you 🙏🏽

I have been working with Level One since 2004, and they have been one of DC Web Designers best vendors and clients. Our most senior level employees were from Level One, one employed since 2005. They always very professional and working hard to improve their web presence for both their business and employee clientele. I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking qualified candidates for their organization.

Level One really takes the consideration of their clients in account they value not just employees but the emplemployees. This is a great place to work for and the staff are very polite courteous and respectful

I was having a hard time finding a job for a while. It seemed like my resume just didnt appeal to the companies I was going for so I decided to try Level One. The other reviews on here were very misleading and I almost didnt try them because of it which is why I feel the need to explain my experiences with them. I only tried them because I was living very close to their offices at the time. They found me a temp job with a company I thought would be a OK fit for me to get me by and pay my bills. It was like any other job...you get what you put into it. I watched countless others come and go but I kept giving 100% to my job, showed up every day and have been compensated and promoted for my hard work. Well I now work full time for that company and would never have found it if it wasnt for Level One. I do not work with Level One anymore but they lead me to a career I actually enjoy.

Long story short, found me a job that only lasted three months due to budget cuts and laid me off on a Friday. After, level one insisted on helping me find another job on Monday about another position. Called them to see about the position and they had no information about the position. Staff was unprofessional and rude about my whole situation. The tone I was given was completely rude, almost as if I did something wrong. Was told that I was taking it too personal. Treated them with nothing but kindness and respect but was not returned the favor.

Unprofessional and poor communication. Wasted my time. Would not recommend to anyone.

One of the worst companies out there.Avoid them at all cost. They have you join and dont tell you nothing about the jobs they assign you to because most of there jobs have high turnover rates .They have ignorant and clueless staff!!
