This office is so professional and friendly. My 1 yr old had his first check up here recently and loved looking around at the colors in the office and decor. Everyone was so pleasant with him and during the exam they worked quickly (but not in a rush) and patiently and made sure to ask if I had questions, offered advice and did everything they needed to for my son to make sure his teeth are healthy. I like that they respected his space by introducing instruments to him first and showing what they do and introducing themselves as well. It was a great experience and I’m happy we chose Dr. Kim and his staff for our son.

Dr. Kim was attentive and nice. My toddler was able to engage with him and he completed his check-up without any trouble.

Im a dental hygienist myself and I love taking my kids to Dr. Kim. My daughter used go see him and she would not open. But he did his tricks and was able to exam. I love that the doctor asked what language we speak with her and since he is Korean, he also sang and spoke to her in Korean during her check up. Even though we moved further from the office, they are so good we will not switch. Having 2 kids with autism, its amazing to have a dentist they connect with and look forward to seeing. The entire staff has worked hard to make them feel safe and secure since we switched to them after a negative experience at a different pediatric dentist. 4 and a half years later, and they are stuck with us. The staff is kind, goofy, and sweet, and will do everything possible to make it a positive experience for you and your kids.Since Covid, there is nothing to play with in the waiting area, but social distancing and masks are definitely in use. We feel safe there.

Dr. Kim is great with my daughter and the office makes the dentist a fun place for kids. They play music in the exam room and let the kid pick out a fun toothbrush. Dr. Kim is passionate and makes silly sound effects and really engages with my daughter. Would recommend.

Front office staff was friendly and so was the dentist. I just thought that the doctor did not fully address our needs. No one ever followed up with me about appointments to have a procedure performed on my son. I am aware that I could have contacted the clinic but I was assured that someone would follow up with me who was not affiliated with the clinic. I also got the impression that they did not want my business although I explained repeatedly that we switched dentist because we had recently relocated. This place just wasnt a good fit for us and our familys needs. Not to say that this was a bad place but it just wasnt a place for my family.

We were referred to Tooth Story by the childrens former dentist because my granddaughter had an extremely deep cavity he was unwilling to work on. And I am so thankful! Dr. Kim and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Kim is so good with the kids he makes them want to go to the dentist! He speaks to the children and explains everything to them, on their level, before he begins. The office has a warm and inviting feel and we are always greated like family! I was so impressed with everything I have moved both kids to his practice. The office location is pretty convenient and easy to get to and there is always plenty of parking. Our 30 minute drive is well worth the trip.

They did fairly well. They extracted my sons tooth but he said he could feel everything. They also told us he wouldn’t remember the treatment, but he remembered everything. They just need to get a little better with the procedures.

Dr Kim and his team are very competent and friendly, they show a lot of patience and kindness with children. The tooth repair on our child is very well done as well. We just felt a little bit worried during/after our last visit as the doctor was going from room to room, going back and forth to our room, and reinserting the same gloves. The office seems to take COVID seriously, by taking the temperature of all patients and limiting the number of people in the exam room, but this made us nervous.

Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing!!! I take both my children to him. My youngest has special needs and sensory issues and they they are so good with him. My daughter needed a lot of dental work when we fist came to him and she was so young. Dr. Kim was able to break up the treatments so it was bearable for her and affordable for me. What a saint! Now my daughter loves going to the dentist and is very good about brushing and flossing. They gave us some great tips on dental hygiene. He also gives the kids sunglasses to wear. My son loves them, he thinks he looks extra cool wearing them. If I could give Dr. Kim more stars I would, best pediatric dentist ever! He is so good with my kids.

This place is amazing! My son is on the spectrum and the staff is patient, kind and very understanding. We are very lucky to have found this office. We have had bad experiences with other dentist offices which made it hard to have simple things like cleanings or X-rays done for my son. Book an appointment, you won’t regret it.

This is our first visit and it was a great experience, though our 4 year old was not happy for her first time experience at the dental office.

I really would like to communicate with Dr. Kim every time, but I can’t because my English is not well, i think Dr. Kim also doesn’t know how to communicate with me. However, in addition to this aspect, the other aspects are very good, Dr Kim and the his assistant are very patient with my son and Dr Kim ‘s tooth extraction technique is very powerful, which is completed in a few seconds. I forgot to say thank you that day.

Walked into Tooth Story with my 17 months old daughter for her first dental appointment. The place is very neat and tidy. Instantly she felt at home and started playing with the toys and staff. I would give 10 stars if I could. I definitely recommend ToothStory to anyone looking for an AMAZING Pediatric Dentist with a phenomenal staff. My 10 yr old Son suffers from severe anxiety of the Dentist, from previous dental office tragedies (the Dentist pulled the WRONG tooth and he swallowed it) & he has needed a lot of dental work to prepare for braces!! ToothStory has been very accommodating to my sons needs and has made him feel very comfortable. Highly recommended for children who have a fear of the dentist or suffer from extreme anxiety like my son.

I’ve been taking my 5yr old daughter to tooth story for about 2 years now. I love this place. My SIL recommended this place and my other cousin’s family goes here as well. The hygienist is so good with kids and put my timid daughter at ease every time we go there for cleaning. I forgot the hygienist’s name since I’m so bad with remembering names but she’s awesome(she has blonde hair). Dr. kim is fantastic as well but we only get to see him for like 5 mins which is good thing (it means my daughter doesn’t need any work done) my daughter always walks out smiling so I’m just glad we found this place.

Fun, kid friendly waiting room ( my daughter wanted to stay and play after her appointment!) both Danielle and Dr Kim were wonderfully sweet and comforting and took the time to explain all that was happening during her very first visit. My daughter is excited to go back and show them how great she is brushing and taking care of her teeth. I wish MY dentist gave me a schwag bag like the one she got!!

This was my daughters 4th time going and she is 3 1/2. This was her best visit. The staff is wonderful with little kids and making going to the dentist fun. She even took her bag of treats (toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, hourglass timer, glasses, and special gift) to dinner with us to show her friend what she got. Her friend has never been to the dentist so hoping this would encourage her.

I had to change my daughter’s dentist twice after the insurance changed at my job. We were so disappointed because we loved her previous dentist at smiles 4 children.. We tried Kool smiles and the location we went to was horrible. Finally a friend provided me with information about Tooth Story and thank God she did. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist are wonderful. Very friendly and informative. My daughter loved the dental hygienist.. I recently brought my kids (7 & 3 (with special needs)) to the office and was VERY impressed with the staff and the office. The office is very kid-friendly with games, books, and bean chairs (!) for kids to lounge while they wait. Staff are very attentive and efficient. Most impressive part is how great Dr. Kim was with my kids and myself. He thoroughly went over x-rays, pictures of each tooth that needs treatment with me and answered all the questions that I had for him without rushing. He took time with my kids to get to know them and my kids left the office with smiles! Even my younger one with special needs ! I am very happy that I switched my kids dentist to Dr. Kim and would absolutely recommend this place to my friends. Awesome office!!!

**Update** Even after all this time my review has not changed. My son loves going to the dentist now and I enjoy bringing him to be a part of the experience. The stress of going to the dentist is nonexistent and I love it! The office is inviting and the staff are warm and welcoming. I plan on bringing my child here until he is old enough to choose a dentist on his own.My child was going to another dentist for years that was extremely stressful every visit for me and for my son. I had to always hold him down and I was in search of a dentist who had the expertise necessary to eliminate me having to continue to do that and I found Dr. Kims card in the lobby of another business and the rest as they say is history. The first visit he focused only on making my son comfortable and all his subsequent visits have been leading up to my son being totally comfortable and trusting. It is to the point now where my son will sit in the chair by himself and on his own and is involved in the entire process. I absolutely recommend your child coming here if they have a phobia of sorts of dentists, Dr. Kim cares about his patients and it shows.

Dr Kim and staff are always very friendly and always answer all questions with out feeling rushed. I will always recommend them to all my friends with children! Very honest when it comes to Insurance, had to pay for a sealant for my sons tooth and was notified a few weeks later to find out that insurance ended up covering it and was refunded my money!
