Our claim for $5000 has been submitted over 60 days ago, and they wont even acknowledge it exists. The have a pre-recorded message which directed me to press 9 which, after a few moments directs me to press 9again, and again and again. They have better healthcare in Iran than this!

My company is a disabled veteran owned business that has been working closely with Palmetto GBA for the past 3 years. There have been some bumps in the road as with any business relationship, but overall they have been a pleasure to work with. They pay us on time, treated us with respect, and follow through with what they say. I have read the bad reviews that were posted before mine, and I don’t believe them based off of our expiernce.

It has been over a year since I have filed my claim with this office. When I called today, I was immediately transferred to Medicare who said they did not have complete info on my claim from November, 2013, nor does Medicare keep track of how good a job this contractor is doing. So I will try sending it all in once again to see if I may hear from them in a more timely manner.

These people owe me over 100k $ and have kicked me down the line for 6 months. They have ruined my holidays and it threatens the existence of my business.
