I go here all the time to drop off my amazon rentals/returns, but this time I needed to ship something. The owner, who I assume is the kind man I see almost every time Im there, is very helpful, however this time I received help by someone I hadnt seen before. This rating is based on this experience, everyone else has deserved a 5 star rating but this is so this review will be SEEN.This incident happened on 4/13/21 at around 12:40PMI gave him my shipping slip + my package, I had already gone on the website and filled out everything and had a good idea about how much shipping would cost. The man told me a more expensive shipping rate and rung it up without asking for what I wanted shipping wise. He also told me to put my card in and while I was inserting it (at this time it was only a $2 increase it at this point and didnt want to argue over little amounts) he added another charge for ANOTHER box. I pulled my card out because I never agreed to the sudden charge nor was I informed of the reasoning behind it. When I asked the guy about it, he then said that policy says my box needed to be able to withstand 100lbs of pressure... the thing is, I had this item shipped to me as a gift for my friend. Meaning, I never changed shipping boxes, and the item was originally shipped to me by UPS.. I just gathered my things and said I would like to cancel the transaction and thanked him. He asked for confirmation and I said yes, please cancel it. He kept saying something about policy being he HAD to charge me for a new box.Like I said, the owner is really nice but that guy - who I again say I never seen before - was super shady. In all fairness, the expected cost and the actual cost was a difference of $6. But the principle still stands. Be careful who you hire!

One of the employees told me the shipping rate, later on I found he obviously mentioned the highest rate by hiding the lowest best option inspite of my enquiry. It gives me the worst cheat and cheap impression. Will never go again. People who go their ask if its a lowest rate 2-3 times. Not all people are good over there.
