Very happy with the service. They quoted me 45 min when I dropped it off but it was done in under 30. The owner was so friendly and on top of it. They were competitively priced. I had called around to several places but couldn’t beat the 400+ great reviews they have. Love using small businesses, but love it even more when they genuinely value your business! Very impressed and will be back for any future needs.

My Tech was friendly knowledgeable and got it done a lot quicker a lot quicker than I expected when I had my screen replaced on my note 10 He also did it in his car so there was no chance of cooking is self covered infection.

I highly recommend these guys. Josh was our tech. The most professional establishment Ive frequented in a long time. Great prices on repair parts as well as phone and tablet accessories. It took longer to take my personal information than it did the LCD, glass screen, and digitizer to be replaced. Maybe our visit was unique and results may very, but I highly doubt it.

The guys at Columbia iRepair went above and beyond to get our iPad screen replaced for us just in time before we left for vacation. Their supplier of iPad screens was backorder, but they didn’t give up and thankfully they were able to call around and find one locally that would work for our iPad! They got it replaced and up and running by close of business as promised! Thank you for your efforts, will definitely recommend and be bringing other iPad and iPhones to them for repairs in the near future!

They fought with my phone for a while, dedicating a lot of time and resources into a repair that ultimately turned out to be impossible, but not for lack of trying. He was always very professional and determined and even though the phone was ultimately unable to be repaired. Got my screen replaced for $100 something bucks and was told that if the screen starts bugging out randomly that it will be covered under warranty and replaced. One day later 1. I have to press the power button multiple times for the screen to turn on and 2. Live wallpapers and 3D Touch didn’t work. So I went back about two weeks later because I had been very busy and don’t live in Como. Keep in mind I hadn’t dropped it scratched it and there was zero damage to the screen whatsoever. I dropped it off and was told it would be covered by warranty.I come back an hour later with the new screen on my phone and some red haired guy says, “you’re gonna have to pay for this screen because you got it replaced since we replaced it,” (which I didn’t) then I had to wait for the actual owner to get out of the bathroom then argue with him about how the screen that was on there was “their screen.” Needless to say I finally got my phone back without having to pay them twice for a broken screen. I would not recommend this place. For two reasons 1. Because even if it was replaced and not covered under warranty then they should have CALLED and asked me if I still wanted it replaced for another $100 bucks after telling me it was gonna be free. Instead when I walked the young man demanded I pay them and 2. Because I really do believe they were trying to scam me. Just the way they talked to me like I was a complete idiot and the whole situation was extremely weird and sketchy.All in all I would definitely not recommend this place and wouldn’t be surprised if this screen stops working randomly. It’s obvious they view you as a money bag and don’t actually care about basic business ethics or general practices.

Was treated very poorly as a paying customer...was asked to leave as soon as I dropped my phone off ...mind you I traveled across town and had already paid half my bill ... would not recommend...I did not ask to be skipped to the front of the line my review is completely valid...I was quoted two hours and was asked to leave in a very rude manner...I didnt mind sitting and waiting for my phone to be worked on... nowhere during my visit did I asked to be moved to the front of the list...add liars to the list of unprofessional behavior from this business...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I would do 0 stars if I could. One of the most unprofessional, disorganized, incompetent, and untrustworthy business I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. The only repair store in Columbia where you could leave with MORE computer problems than you came in with. Not only that, but these people would give me no updates whatsoever as to the status of the repair. I would have to call every two weeks seeking an update, asking them to be the ones reach out in the future. Over this FIVE MONTH ordeal, they never reached out to me even once. I cannot voice my dissatisfaction enough. It is an absolute shame that they are able to con enough people to stay operating.

Pretty stellar. Iphone 11 pro screen replaced in under 30 mins. Facial ID doesnt work right now but totally my fault as the rock I dropped my phone onto, was perfectly jagged and destroyed that upper portion of my phones glass.Repairman is a Veteran also.

They did fine replacing the screen. I had to make 2 trips back to pick up because the time estimate was on the optimistic side, but thats OK. However the place smelled like raw sewage and neither of the two people who waited on me wore a mask during the city-wide mandate for them. There was a sign on the door requiring customers wear a mask to enter but this apparently doesnt apply to the staff. Also the greasy hair and filthy fingernails were so off-putting that I really dont want them handling my phone ever again.

Took my daughters phone to get the screen fixed over the weekend. Got it fixed in half hour, looks great, professional work.

I have absolutely no complaint. Gravity was trying to scam me and tell me I needed an entirely new phone and if I wanted it backed up I had to pay $225. Not to mention they charged $75 just to look at it. I took my phone to irepair and they assessed my phone free of charge, fixed it, and backed up all my data for only $35. For a being a really big tech person and wanting to fix their phone screen on their own. this place did a really good job. I came in recently for a iPhone 11 Pro screen replacement and I would usually do this replacement myself however I didn’t want to wait for the parts to ship in. I called all around and this place was the only one that had the required part. I am someone who can immediately tell the difference between an OLED display and a LCD display and when I came in I asked which display I was getting and they said an OLED which is what everyone should want for their display. I was pleased that I did receive an OLED display and not an LCD. However I will say it’s buggy here and there for how well the display handles certain things for Example I pulled down too my control center from the top right and I could still see everything behind the blurred effect when doing this. but I understand with a phone this new I will not be receiving the same type of display apple would normally put on. another example is when using Snapchat and trying to take a selfie with the flash on is impossible the screen just doesn’t get bright like my old screen did when the flash goes off. I don’t know if this is a display problem but I wouldn’t be shocked if It was Snapchat or apples fault because they don’t want other people fixing iPhone displays. But like I said before I wasn’t expecting getting a complete 100% same type of screen. This is not the stores fault at all so do not blame them for this problem Apple made displays are hard to come by because they would have to be in possession of the type of phone you want to replace and that costs way to much so it’s better to buy cheaper off brand screen and to the average person these problems would go un noticed but these guys do an absolutely amazing job and go the extra mile by putting the water adhesive underneath the display to help with water resistance and not every repair store will replace that or let the customer know that they don’t have it anymore. They even gave me a free glass screen protector with my repair which was awesome plus and it was well worth the 1 hour drive I had to get to this place. They did an outstanding job and I am super satisfied with the end product plus free fixes if my display craps out in me and it’s not shattered.

Had Screen replaced on Friday 11/16. The next day the bottom of the screen had popped out and is still currently not attached. They Will not fix because screen is now damaged because of their poor quality in work and the screen was not properly installed and secured. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Update: After the screen was fixed, the Face ID feature no longer worked. When we called Columbia iRepair we were told that would have nothing to do with them replacing the screen. However, the Face ID feature still worked with the cracked screen. Once the screen was replaced, the feature no longer worked. We tried to reset the Face ID and it would not even recognize that your face was on the screen.We took my husbands iPhone to get his screen fixed and they had it looking brand new in no time!!! We are so happy with the results!!

They had my computer for over 6 months and I had to bring it back 2 times. After trying to fix a broken screen they finally found there was some corrosion at one of the ports. I had to call them every time save for last week when they finally found the corrosion. Computer still doesnt work right but Im not taking it back there again. It shouldnt take 6 months and little to no follow up to diagnose a problem

I paid a new price. Consequently I cannot change carriers because my phone is locked. I called and THEY WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. Go elsewhere.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I talked to the Manager per the owners request and got absolutely no satisfaction or help. Evidently I should have known that it was a locked phone and only good for Cricket and that they also offered unlocked phones (like I should know that). Again 0 Stars. Go elsewhere especially to buy a phone. I now have a used IPhone 7 that has no value and they seem to think that is fair. I dont. I gave it away.

This place is simply amazing. Back in November 15 I completely SMASHED my iPhone 6 Plus screen, I mean shards of glass were coming off in my finger. They were able to get it completely fixed within just a couple hours and it was like brand new.Just this past week I took my iPhone 6 Plus back there. For the past couple months I had noticed my battery was dying all the time! I would leave home with 100% and within a couple hours it would be dead. I was able to take it to them and they not only had the battery in stock but had it done same day. I dropped it off on my lunch hour and they held it until I got off work. Their prices are amazing, best in town. I was going to try and fix my battery myself, I am SO GLAD I didnt.The staff are so nice and kind. I even sent one of my friends there to get her screen fixed. I will always suggest you guys!

I never make google reviews but felt the need to express how awesome iRepair is! I have been there many times while living in Columbia and they always fix my phone problems quickly and for a great price. My phone was completely destroyed and they managed to make it look brand new in little to no time at all. The tape, horrible damage, and falling out home screen button look impeccable now! Thank you guys again.

Home button is flimsy after screen replacement which causes a single press to register as a double or triple press which interrupts workflow a lot, and the guy (maybe his name was Trevor) said there was nothing he could do about it. A less than one minute Google search showed this: Properly securing the Home button bracket and insuring it isnt bent in such a way to leave extra space between the actuator and the bracket is an important part of the repair. Also replacing the Home Button gasket will insure the button doesnt flop around. So its less like theres nothing he could do about it and more like he couldnt care less about doing something about it.

My phone was cracked went there to get fix, after my screen got fixed take it home, my Touch ID was not working, my camera button is messed up, my phone just got mess up. Went to them they say to call Apple store to have them set up because my phone not updated. Already updated still not working.

Seemed honest. Told me it would be better to buy a new phone. Didnt try to get me for charges more than the price of a phone. Will be my first call every time.

I have used them a couple of times and they did a good job with a quick turnaround.

I brought my iPhone 6plus in because it has the touch screen disease common among that generation of iPhone. They told me it would be about $150 to fix (comparable to other places) and that there is no guarantee the problem wouldnt come back. Fine, I get it. Probably accurate. So I bought an unlocked 6s from them for $325.Worked great until the screen stopped working (no cracks, no dropping, nothing). I factory reset it, but it still didnt work. So I brought it back to Columbia iRepair. They said it was a screen issue and it would be $100 to replace. Fine, I replaced it.Then when I tried to get into the phone, it was locked to Sprint. I have Verizon and had been using the phone for a few months with no issues. The gentleman said that it is impossible that this happened. Well, it happened. They couldnt do anything for me. Luckily a nice employee at the local Sprint store was able to pop in a Sprint SIM card and open it up for me. Worked fine after that.Then the sound and vibrate function stopped working, and ultimately the phone could no longer charge. I brought it to iGenie Repair instead and I was asked if the phone had been worked on because there were screws missing, etc. SCREWS. MISSING. Thanks, Columbia iRepair, for the TERRIBLE service. They obviously do not care about the quality of their work. Do not get your phone repaired here or buy anything from them. Not worth your wasted money.

I repeat don’t go they don’t know what their doing. Every time I come get my phone fix on i, they make it worse I had to come back 4x in one week cause they kept giving me bad screens. Another thing is their workers in rude they don’t listen or try to work out a deal with you I give irepair a half of a star. I left and went to Best Buy and they worked on my phone right then and their with no problems

My phone was repaired in less than an hour!! My questions were answered completely, honestly, and in a timely manner. I will never go to another company again. I arrived to a waiting line, and returned to pick up my phone with another waiting line, however, it was completely worth the wait. Service was quick and prompt. I went to sell an old smartphone but, for the most part great atmosphere. A little tricky to spot at first as its a house turned into a shop. Cozy & friendly atmosphere either way.Didnt like the main entrance as its cramped and awkward to wait in but the actual waiting room is rather nice. Couches and magazines available while you wait for repairs.Customer service is good. A little pretentious if you say you dont like the price. Other than that not bad. Would go back if I needed actual service on my phone.

I took my phone in because a cheap replacement screen I had purchased from another company was coming loose from my phone. Instead of immediately trying to up-charge me or making me pay for a new screen from them, they tried to find a way around it by re-bonding the current screen back to the phone. They were very helpful and explanatory and looked out for me when it came to pricing and the most affordable and simplest option. Will definitely go back for any needed repairs!

I shattered my phone this morning, and I called right away. I went in, and they told me itd be about an hour. Went back around noon, and it was ready. The screen looks great, and I received a free case and tempered glass screen protector. Customer service was great, helpful, and wanted the most affordable option for customers.
