Brandon consistently exceeds expectation when he services my IT needs. I am definitely far from being technologically savvy, yet he never makes me feel that way. He is efficient, professional, and has an attitude that is optimistic and helpful. He brings an element of positive customer service that is typically not found with IT assistance. Whenever he is in the office helping our staff, he goes out of his way to say hello and is extremely courteous and demonstrates a dedication to solving problems. If I could rate him higher, I would.

What a great experience working with Seras! I had a problem crop up which looked to be a networking issue. With a phone call to Seras at 5:30 PM, Harry and Steve were at my office before 10:00 AM the next day. In less than an hour they diagnosed and corrected the issue which turned out to be with an our business application. TRUE EXPERTS!! After switching to fiber optic cable, my network video camera setup and phone app were no longer in sync and I was not able to view my cameras on the phone after the change. The team from Seras was able to troubleshoot the problem remotely and did not have to come to my home to solve the issue. The problem was successfully solved within 35 minutes and I can now view my cameras on the NVMS7000 phone app. SO PLEASED!!!
