As a property manager I hired Marias. The first apartment I paid a whopping 170 for a move out clean. They did a good job. The second two apartments however were very poor quality cleaning. I would not recommend Marias. The owner was very responsive until I had a complaint. Silence. Find a more reputable cleaning company.

I had been scheduled for an easy move out clean for weeks. No kitchen involved one bedroom less than 800 feet. I used to be a housecleaner 45 mins to an hour tops! Empty!!! We confirmed multiple times, due to me moving out of state and not being there. The day before scheduled I received one last confirmation text saying their services would be there, even including a smiling and thumbs up 😁👍🏽! Come the day of, cancelled!!!!!! So unprofessional! I had been scheduled for weeks and all I got was a sorry for the inconvenience. An inconvenience is someone running late, cancelling for the day on the day... well that’s a plan stopper now isn’t? I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time setting up an appointment, then waiting... you’ll end up with a bunch of dust mitts and cobwebs.
