As an ex-employee, it was the worst decision of my life. They destroyed my self esteem, manipulated me and assigned me to awful projects that nobody else wanted. Clients prefer on site resources. They also head-hunt fresh graduates because they will accept small pay for giant and rushed projects. Thy are not open to any new ideas or suggestions to improve their stagnate and outdated processes. Unless you spend 8 years becoming a top consultant they will treat you like you are ignorant and insignificant.
