On sunday, I got a great haircut at the five points location . Karie is a skilled stylist. very professional, courteous, calm and collected, wore her mask correctly the entire time. she was finishing a client when I arrived and afterwards, cleaned her implements, chair, floor and wore her mask correctly the entire time! will be returning and highly recommend her to others.also, I heard two clients compliment the other stylist in the salon that day as well (sorry didnt catch her name).

I always get treated well and professionally by the staff at the 5 points location. I travel alot and at times I need attention fast, I always feel well taken care of. Very professionally staff.

Gone here to get my hair done for over a year. Great service and amazing workers. They are all friendly and do their job very well. They listen to you and give you want you want. Dye jobs are done great and good price ranges.

Princess and the staff are always extremely pleasant and helpful with hair tricks. They always know the best styling products to use. I’ve never had to wait a long time. Prices are very affordable. I only get my hair cut here now.

Natell and Brianna are the best hair stylists in Columbia! They made my mom look beautiful after she got out if the hospital and feeling down and out about herself. They made her hair and self esteem go way up! The key was heating up the conditioner! These two women are the best and highly recommend them for anything you need done to your hair!

I made the mistake of trying this place since most barbers in the area require you to take out a second mortgage to get a halfway decent cut.Requested sides be trimmed and no length be taken off the top, very simple instructions. With one slice, bangs were completely gone. 6 months of growing out my hair for nothing. I asked for A, and got Z.

The most recent time I went to this particular Supercuts will be the last time I ever step foot in that place. Ive actually been there about 3 times prior and nothing was really that bad. Granted, I feel like it should take more than 15 minutes to cut someones hair but its like $15 for a regular hair cut so I never thought much about it. But this most recent visit had me absolutely pissed off. I walked in and as usually everybody is nice, it only took about 5 minutes of waiting to get into the chair, and they even had my past haircut on record so THEY KNEW what kind of haircut I was looking for. Regardless, the lady asked me how I wanted my hair and I explained that I would like something like a pompadour, to which she affirmed she could accomplish without much difficulty. She then proceeded to haphazardly cut my back and sides with a trimmer. She obviously didnt care that much about what she was doing because she actually ended up cutting my ear with them without even noticing. Me being the kind of guy that I am, didnt say anything because I realize mistakes happen to everybody, but she actually had the audacity to ask me if I realized my ear was bleeding. This irritated the **** out of me but I sat through the rest of the haircut which only ended up being about 10 minutes long anyway. I left and went home before realizing that this lady had literally not cut my hair at all and just took some trimmers to it and called it a day. Needless to say I went to another (more proper) hair salon and got it fixed. But this place has some real work to do if it wants repeat customers.

Princess doesn’t know how to cut hair. I asked her to fix the back and keep the front long and she shaved my whole head. FIRE HER.

I asked for a medium fade and she give me a high. Then she cuts the top of my hair after I said “please don’t” I only asked her after my cut to take some off hoping that it would look better but ended up being worse. Now I have to depend on another barber to cut my hair

Called ahead, got there. Very nice, polite people. Within 7 to 8 minutes I was in a chair. The lady asked me how short I wanted the sides and that was it. I had to ask her to thin out the top twice. And she barely trimmed the top. Didnt take her time. It was sloppy and uneven with a guarded buzzer. I dont know how thats possible. I was very unimpressed with this haircut and will not be returning. For $16 I thought it would have been better, I was wrong. I was in the chair for 15 min tops. She seemed to be more involved in her conversation with her coworkers than worried about my hair. I had to cut missed hair once I got home. I wish I could give negative stars. It could just be the one lady but she ruined the establishment for me entirely.

Showed up today when theyre supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. No one here at 9:07, not one person to open or cut hair. Other places have multiple people at opening. Got a decent cut previously, but wont try here again, as I wanted to get done quickly this morning.

I felt like I was betraying my usual barber going here but shes been out for a couple weeks due to illness and I couldnt wait any longer! The folks at Supercuts were friendly, professional, and speedy. I walked in and was in a chair in less than 5end minutes. The haircut was good, not as good as my usual but I dont even have to tell her what I want after ten years, and am happy with the experience.

I love Maria and will go to her forever. She fixed a DIY disaster color job I did on myself and gave me the best haircut Ive had in a decade. Price was unbelievably good also. I think I paid $200 or so for color correction, customized color and balayage, super duper conditioning treatment and fabulous cut, blowout and style. Ive paid up to $400 before for dye jobs and cuts that left me crying. Highly recommend.

I have never gotten such a bad hair cut. I asked for a little off the top, and got 3 inches off of the top. I feel bald right now. Im wearing a hat everywhere now because of this. Its a waste of your time and money, I warn you, do not go here. If you want you hair to look like a child cut your hair then go ahead and go, but itd be a lot cheaper if you actually found a child to cut your hair.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. That Maria thing was very rude and unprofessional, not to mention inexperienced. I specifically asked if she knew how to style natural hair and she took to the flatiron for over an hour in my hair. She didn’t know what she was doing and had the nerve to have an attitude with me! Will never visit again and if you’re naturally curly keep it moving!

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I told her at most to cut 2 inches off, and she cut off 4 inches. She didn’t even cut it straight; it’s all choppy. I know this is partly my fault; I should have known not to go to Supercuts for a haircut.
