My son was pleased with his haircut. Very slow though.

I have suffered from Alopecia. I had grown my hair out to try and cover the spots. I needed a bold cut that took skill and expertise. Kaitlin was spectacular! She calmed my fears and was extremely patient and caring to my concerns. I recommend her highly and appreciate her work.

Bad place place to go. Waited over an hour People bumped me four times. Then when it was my turn they just disappear. Definitely while not be back. Seen so many people come and see or see the wait time and just leave.

Quick haircut and reasonable prices

Always consistent, which is what you want in a haircut. Only complaint is that they have ESPN playing on every TV and it gets old very quickly. Maybe give the customer an option to choose what they watch? Dont want to complain without giving a solution...

Excellent staff. Very professional crew never disappointed. I normally check in online and never have any issues upon arriving. Faron is my favorite stylist she does an amazing job every time and she does a wonderful job and gets it done quick. As Im usually in a rush and on-the-go so thats who I will normally ask for.

I got just the haircut I wanted, and it looks great. The stylists were all friendly and courteous, and it was totally worth the drive. Ill be returning.

I enjoy getting my hair cut here, a very talented group of ladies. As far as the store its your basic chain, I always go with the MVP because on top of all the other great service, you get a steam towel, a wash, a massage chair and back rub with a massage tool. It is located in a strip mall and it could do with some renovations here and there. The pricing is a bit excessive at $27 for the MVP but thats my preference. All and all a very fine experience and I highly recommend a visit if youre in the area!

Excellent haircut this evening from Brittney! Despite me scheduling last minute and being her last haircut of the day, she still spent a generous amount of time ensuring my hair looked just the way I wanted it. The free MVP for being the first time at this location was a nice cherry on top. I will definitely be going back to her in the coming months. Thanks again!

Took my 3 year old there today and they did a great job! He was of course wiggling but the haircut still turned out great. His stylist never got frustrated. 100% would recommend.

I arrived approximately 30 minutes before they closed and had a to wait because they were only two stylists but even though it was after they were supposed to close I was still able to get a great haircut and never felt rushed at all! There is a good system in place to protect both customers and employees during the COVID19 pandemic. Using the online system was easy and the stylist Caroline gave me a fantastic haircut. I will definitely come back. Tip well and take care of those taking care of us!

They cut a decent fade and are really friendly.

My husband went to Sports Clips for a low fade. Which is a haircut he normally gets and he was literally only there for 10 minutes and his haircut was a rushed job and horrible looking. Now we are on our way to find somebody that can fix it because they really messed up his head. They didn’t even shape up his tape line. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go there. His hair cut looks as if a 5 years old tired to cut his hair.

First time in wont be my last! Loved it, loved my cut, loved my stylist.

Her work too was excellent but honestly I have so little hair that it probably wasnt much of a challenge While I am not a resident of the area I am indeed a frequent visitor and have been looking for a barber shop to adopt for many years. I enjoy very few mundane tasks, but Blue at this Sports Clips makes it an enjoyable event. The care she takes in making sure that the cut is perfect is amazing, plus going with the MVP means that her magic fingers can do some work on the scalp. The add on products are pretty pricey though.

I took my three boys in for haircuts and got my hair trimmed too. I wish Id gotten the names of the three girls who helped us, because they were all great! They were patient with my two youngest, especially my 3 year old who was so ticklish that he could barely sit still. They were all friendly and did a great job on the haircuts! Well definitely be back!

Would give five stars, but will have to stay at four. The reason I am not giving five is because my stylist did not seem to care about my haircut. Even though it ended up looking good, it felt rushed and without precise care. It seemed like my stylist had somewhere to be or something better to do.

I am from out of town so this was my first time at this location. It was an average experience. Ke cut my hair and the haircut was subpar. She wasn’t very talkative. She seemed rushed and cut my hair at approximately 75 mph. There wasn’t a lot of people waiting in the lobby. The only person that seemed happy to be at work was Victoria. Everything else seemed like an extremely forced conversation by the clients.

Took my Dad here on Thursday, no appointment. They took him to a chair right away, no waiting. Even though his mobility causes him to move very slowly & his hearing is failing, they were very patient with him. The staff was very kind, patient & welcoming to a new, and most likely a repeat, customer.

Carmen was there from another store. I was well overdue for a haircut. I have had some recent miserable experiences at a sportsclip in Lexington. So was not looking forward to this. I take my 14 yr old grandson here for his haircuts, they always do a great job an very professional! Whoever cuts his hair they are always personable, an talk with him an make him feel comfortable!

The girls do not take their time. They do not clean the chairs between customers. They do not clean the cut hair from around your neck. My last cut she practically cut the hair down into my shirt and left it. Itchy all day. This was my last cut here. I tried giving them several chances and not one girl could do a proper job. They have no creativity and it feels as if its all about getting people in and it quickly. Poor quality. I have actually gotten comments from friends like who cut your hair, they didnt do a good job or hey, no offense but you should find a new barber. I do not recommend this branch or any of them because several locations were the same. I thought it was just a location but they all seem to be the same.

Took my 3 yr old here. Ki was phenomenal with him and with my lack of knowledge for boys haircuts. She let me talk gave helpful suggestions and my son walked out looking very handsome. It was clean and well kept.
