Looking to have my car painted, just curious why they don’t have before or after pics of vehicles they’ve done? Just surprised as they have a very good review rate.

I was impressed with the professional and friendly folks right from the start. From the review to get a quote to the completed job. These folks provided top notch service. I was told the repair would take 3 days and they were right on time. My car looks like it did when new. I am very happy with Carolina and highly recommend them for your repairs.

My daughter wiped out 3 sides of her 2014 ford Explorer on I77 on a Saturday during a heavy rain storm. Carolina Paint and Body retrieved the car and towed it to their shop. I was hesitant to leave it 75 miles from my home town and had thoughts over the weekend to have it towed locally for repair. Not familiar with Columbia I Googled and Yelped Carolina Paint and Body for reviews and saw they had several mostly good or excellent and that made me feel better about having them do the repairs. I called and talked to Roger and he said they would get me an estimate done and get back with me. I think they called the next day and they explained the process and all the parts needed and gave me an estimated date for completion. Roger was in constant contact with me usually calling every Monday and Friday with an update. They were finished the repairs earlier than estimated but ran into a problem that required the Ford dealerships computer. That dealerships process took a few more days but was needed to complete the repairs.Roger worked with my insurance company and handle all the paperwork I only had to pay my deductible when picking up the car.All said and done, the repairs turned out flawless and Im 100% satisfied with all the workmanship, parts and communication and would certainly would recommend Carolina Paint and Body to anyone looking for professional collision repair.

Good service

It is very unprofessional to tow a vehicle and then lie about the circumstances surrounding it, causing the owner to pay more money to get it back... on top of removing items from a vehicle that does not belong to you. Any car brought onto your property should be safe and secure. Theres no reason for anyone on your staff to go inside any vehicle without the consent of the owner. Indeed the items taken may have been seen as insignificant, but the bottom line is that they didnt belong to you. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Scratch a lie; find a thief.

I have had everything from a Lexus to a Volkswagen worked on at this shop I cant tell you what fantastic work and service these folks provide. Its more than outstanding these folks (especially Big Tommy ) let you know everything going on with your car when and where the process is. I have a 16 year old VW bug and it looks better now than it did when I bought it.I have had repairs done at Lamborghini dealerships in Orlando and Carolina Paint and Body beat these folks hands down. In my mind THE ONLY place to go

Work was repaired well and quickly. Customer service is superb. They definitely keep you in the loop. The reason why its 4 stars out of 5 is that the car always comes back dirty.This is the 2nd time Ive brought a car to Carolina Paint and Body (the 1st was for a fairly gnarly accident and glass shards shot out of the vents when I turned on the air) and there were dusty finger prints all over the dash, infotainment center and stick shift. It looks like they tried to clean it and it made it worse?? Not sure why those areas were dirty anyway because the work that had to be done was on the right rear. The wheel locks were misplaced in the trunk. Did not see the need to inform management to clean as detailing is clearly not a forte.Attention to detail folks.

This place is amazing! Excellent service for a reasonable price. We will never go anywhere else! They returned my car to me as clean as when we bought it!!!

Outstanding customer service and dedicated professionalism. I am very glad that my bank (USAA) recommended them for my auto repairs. They even went as far as washing my truck before I came to pick it up, and even sent me home with some leftover touch up paint.

The 1 star reviews I read seem to be deadbeats who got their cars towed and didnt like it. Anyway.I needed body work done on my Porsche. I love my car. Not only did they make the drop off and pick up seamless, but they were a step ahead of my concerns and treated me like they were a country club and I was a member. Kudos.Oh yeah, they washed and waxed (and if they didnt wax, I want to know what car wash brand they used) my car. And vacuumed it. I pay $24 to get my car cleaned and Carolina P & B makes me think Im wasting my money -- their cleaning is much better than I get for $24 and they do it just because they go above and beyond.

Great place to work with. Have had several repairs done here. Highly recommend.

Great people just doing their job

Every time Ive talked to someone theyve always been rude. I was recommended by USAA to go here but I would advise anyone against it. I was lied to about what they were willing to do and not do, They were willing to let me bring my own parts to save money and now they wont let me, so Im stuck with parts I cant use. They also missed a lot on their estimate of my car. They didnt catch the tail light was cracked and broken after they looked over my car for 30 min. They just arent focused on making a customer happy and providing a quality service and its plain obvious the moment you walk in or call.

They fixed me up good! No problems so far on replacing handles inside & out drivers side door!

I had such a great experience that I had to write my first Yelp review for these guys - leaving one here too to make sure to spread the word. They are fast, courteous, and good at what they do.

The staff is awesome and friendly with a great atmosphere.

The tow truck drivers are the most disrespectful dangerous drivers on the road. Couldnt even get to the location without worrying about being in another wreck.

Great work

Had my car towed there after an accident. They had it for a week and never provided an estimate. When I went to retrieve my car without an estimate or repairs, I met another disgruntle customer. I cant speak of the quality of work, but the customer service was unacceptable!
