I want to start by say this location is a diamond in the ruff they are behind the Aaron past the window company with a rather large pot hole on the left side of the road will picture. But the customer service is amazing the transparency with the issue with you car is absolute, the communication with anything found while the car is being serviced was great and a nice change I hate being surprised when it comes to money!

I was driving back to Blacksburg, VA from Hilton Head Island, whenever I experienced unexpected car troubles on the interstate in Colombia, SC on our way home. I have never used/needed a mechanic in that area before, so I stumbled around on google, and called Thats My Mechanic offering my life story for calling at such late notice. But, they didnt need any of it. They were happy and willing to help me with my car issues immediately! Showtyme was able to fit my car in, and help me get back on the road and make it safely back to VA! Even though they didnt know me from Adam, the team at Thats My Mechanic was so friendly and literal life savers-- for a stranded traveler passing through like me! I would highly recommend if youre looking for an honest and trustworthy place to have your car worked on in Colombia! Im so happy I made that call.

Peace,I felt taking advantage of. I am still relatively new to Columbia so ive been seeking a honest qualified mechanic. So i Googled and this place came up. I read the few reviews that was posted stating this is a good honest mechanic. All I know when I called and explained what I wanted done i was told 144 per axle. I was excited because my primary estimate by Entity Auto was 220. So I wanted to make sure that our communications was correct, so I drove to the shop and asked again. And was given the same price. I was excited again because this was a B.O.B, the only reason for the (2) stars. But when I came to the schduled appointment. And the took off my wheels, I was charged something totally different. 364.85 i think. For the exact issue i explained.. So riddle me this? Is this isnt classic upcharging? Im from NYC lived in East Orange and Denver so i understand upcharging.Because if it waant upcharging then why give me the invoice before working on the vehicle?? Since we spoken and meet 2days ago. Then they wanted to charge me 400 for calibers. When I took it to Sharif at Extinct on Rosewood. I told him i needed calibers. He examine it and said no i dont need calibers? Sharif couldve upcharged knowing this was something expected... But no, this is honesty.....

I loved it, he does free diagnostic on your car and is honest with what he finds. He doesnt try to make a sale or cheat you out of anything and they are very friendly. I would definitely go to him again and recommend him to others.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I noticed my tail lights werent working over the weekend and needed a quick fix. I called the office at 845, the staff was able to get me in by 11. They understood my situation and not only fixed my tail lights, filled my tires, and a host of other electrical issues for a ridiculously reasonable price. Theres no doubt Ill be handling ALL of my service needs here from now on.

I came here requesting a tie rod replacement based on what a previous auto shop told me. I was given a free diagnosis only to find out my vehicle was misdiagnosed. I recieved an update of what was really wrong and sent a quote shortly after. I remained updated on the status and I ended up spending a lot less than I thought I would have. Service was great and affordable!

Took my van there to get checked out. The owner was a wonderful person. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his effort in helping me fix the problem.

Jeston and his shop did amazing work with my F250. Called them let them know what I thought was the problem when I was experiencing a high whine sound coming every time I turned. When I dropped it off they let me know that they would do a diagnosis for free to see what was exactly was wrong once they had found the issue they gave an honest estimate. And began work during the process they kept me updated on all the progress. They worked well with my schedule since I am here for a short time. I highly recommend them. If I am back in the area I know where I will take both of my vehicles to be worked on.

When it came to my leaks they worked very fast to do it. But I notice when it comes to major jobs you will be repeating yourself. They ask me the same question for 7 days until I finally decided to pop up on them. I realized then they was putting my car off because they was packed with alot of cars. You have to have patience with this place. I noticed the reviews on facebook was good so thats why I gave them a try. But from my opinion any cars that come in that are fast money cars is the cars they will be working on first. So continue to wait for a very long time. 😒

Found this place on Google.... ive been having trouble with my lighting module on my car....sometimes my lights would work and sometimes they wouldn’t.... i just pulled up on them with no appointment....they was able to work me in....diagnosed for free....and while diagnosing they just went ahead and fixed it at no charge.... Highly recommend this company...

I really like the owner. He is friendly but he really doesnt know what he is doing. He will break one thing while trying to fix another so you can come back & he can charge you again. That is his conflict resolution.

I found them on Google. 8 yrs in business.Tons of reviews. Only1 review isnt a FIVE STAR. And its from 8 years ago. And I now know why! When I called, Tray was kind and helpful. She then let me speak with Jeston, the owner and 1 of the mechanics. (Never has the owner/mechanic talked to me on the phone) I had to have my car fixed today to go to Charleston. I needed an oil change, tires checked, and wanted a thorough inspection.Especially since I had body work done earlier in the year Bc of dAmage from a pothole.My tire felt like it was going to fall off and kept getting worse.Everywhere else said it looked great but it didnt feel great to me. When I got there, Matt was going to take my car for a spin. They wanted me to ride along!👌 (Another first) they explained they want to hear which issues Im noticing& trying to explain, & they also want to point out issues I may have missed that they notice 👍👏 while Im waiting in the waiting room, they call me out into the shop and point out to me what they found. (Ive had my car in at least three places about the tire falling off sensation. I was told it looked good.) but they showed me a bolt half way sticking out on the side that had been worked on, and compared it to the drivers side which was completely screwed in like its supposed to be. It was right there! I saw it MYSELF Bc they SHOWED me. No one else even took the time to look, Bc it was pretty obvious. But.. Thats My Car took the time.👍👍👏👏 (thanks again, you guys for helping me with that!!) They also showed me an oil leak and how it messed up a belt. (Both also very visible. And I told at least five other mechanics I thought I was leaking oil Bc I was running almost dry a lot. Then I started to see puddles. They all told me it was from my AC and the hot temps outside. But I SAW the leak and the oil stained belt MYSELF. Bc they showed me at Thats My Car. Bc they care. They cared enough to show me. They cared enough to 👀LOOK!... After I went back inside, Jeston pulled me into his office to discuss finances. (Privacy? for monetary concerns? Youre not going to say and announce my prices and options at the counter like everywhere else? 😱) Fantastic! Professional!. Respectful! then, While I wait back in the waiting room for my oil change, Tray (the cute, sweet, friendly face you see when you first walk in doing the desk work), another gentleman and myself all chatted the whole time! (And on the previously mentioned ride along with Matt, we chatted back and forth from my car issues to him getting to know me). Then, to top it off, I get a FREE TEE SHIRT!!As soon as I got in the car, I pressed the gas down and already, instantly, could tell a huge difference.Oh yeah, I forgot to say that the full car inspection.... was free. They fixed the loose bolt (aka my tire falling off). Free. (And free tee?! 🤗) When I left today, I paid 45 for my high mileage oil change. And my car does not feel like the tire will fall off now. I feel safe now.I will be back the day Im back in town so theres more time for the leak and belt to be fixed.This was THE most professional business Ive ever seen run before. And they added the extra effort of getting to know their customers. I said extra effort..But it was done effortlessly. Outstounding group of people. THE absolute BEST customer service I think I have EVER gotten. Anywhere. Not just getting my car fixed. But they are just good hearted people trying to help their customers.They are kind of hard to spot Bc they are not visible from the road. But they are there!!
