Sam was EXTREMELY RUDE to me when I visited his shop. I was having an issue with my car losing power si I kindly called and asked if he could look at it for me. When I arrived the following day, he acted like he didnt remember our prior phone conversation, took my keys, rushed out of the door, took my car at a hasty speed down percival, came back in about 3-4 minutes, threw my keys on the counter and said Transmission. Only one word. I looked at him appalled feeling like I would have like to have known more details . I simply asked Is it the whole transmission?. He with a smart elik smirk looked at me and said Do you want me to say half transmission?. I no longer wanted to be anywhere near him or his garage!! I kindly picked my keys up, said to him that I was sorry for his inconvenience and left. Another time was about 2 yrs ago and he was very rude then too but I thought I might give him another chance. I will NEVER go back to him again!! Terrible customer service and Very Rude!!!

Great mechanic. Short story...I had a lexus GL 470 I believe it was. The truck wouldnt drive forward correctly, I called sam wong and had my truck towed to him. I was expecting to pay at least 1000-3000 for repairs. He called me back, told me to come get my damn car and stop putting the 4x4 on.😂 he charged $0.00. He is a funny guy, very honest.
