I think that Terri Harkness is rude and disrespectful. I originally had a great experience or so i thought upon switching over to this company only after 6 months to find that my policy almost doubled, I have never cancelled, I have been late on a payment but who hasnt rather than allow me to explain myself on the phone he continued to talk over me... I ended the call only to find that the information he trains his agents to tell you are absolutely false and they should include a disclaimer rsther than think they can push their way or the highway mentality onto their customer!!! Ill go to a company paying more money before im lied to dont pi** on me and say its raining!! Avoid at all cost!!
