Terrible customer service - as is noted by other reviews below (wish I would have read them first). The office manager Jessica is rude and dismissive of customers and their concerns, they are deceptive and claim that they call and text when they do not. They dont respond to repeated emails, and often let their phones go unanswered during business hours. Look elsewhere, they arent anything like a good neighbor!

Jessica at state farm office in Columbia is who I usually talk to and she is great. Also, price for full coverage is not to bad with good driving discount although I thought it would be a higher discount when you compare it to others in my age range and location.

Our agent helped us out with every step of getting a repair on a leaking pipe in our wall. He was knowledgeable, patient, and supportive with us every step of the way, keeping us informed on our options as the repairs were being made. He was terrific!

Horrible customer service! I was in an accident that was not my fault and didnt know how to proceed, and wanted to ask them some questions. I told them that, they just instantly forwarded me to corporate without bothering to answer. So I called them back and repeated that I wanted to ask them some questions - same result, instantly forwarded. I called a third time, they let it go to voice mail, then didnt return the call!Luckily I talked to the other persons insurance company instead, and they took excellent care of me. And I switched companies to that other company soon afterwards.Avoid State Farm in general, and avoid this office at all costs!

This insurance agency is horrible! They made a mistake and did not cancel my renters insurance when I moved out of state and they are basically telling me they can’t refund the money they’ve charged me for a year! Leaving up to my attorney at this point.
