First, let me say that Ally is amazing and if you need a logo or brand guide hire her separately. As for our website, it is decent. Take a look for yourself and make a decision. If you are looking for marketing, dont do it. We paid for services we did not receive. Specifics outlined in our original proposal that were never produced. I had to create my google business page. My husband has been correcting information regarding our business, i.e. office hours, location, etc- even though I am told thats what our monthly local visibility campaign fee should cover. Our facebook campaign was a total disaster. Ads went to the incorrect facebook page, ads were ran with incorrect dates, and a grand opening promotion ran almost 2 months after we were open (even though we were told they were taken down). I eventually deleted that facebook page and have since created a new one with a different marketing company managing facebook ads. Emails go a week or more without a response. There is a significant lack of detail for a company that should be very attentive to detail. When I complained that I had paid for marketing that I never received, I was threatened that my website would be shut down if I didnt pay the remaining balance as fees cant be transferred from marketing to web design. Ive been told that I have a lack of understanding how this all works. I fully anticipate whatever response will place the blame on me the customer. When paying over 10k, I dont want to have an understanding for a social media campaign or web design. I want it taken care of and services that are paid for rendered.

This place is awesome! I use them for all my marketing and website needs for my company and they have yet to let me down... As a matter of fact, Im always wowed by their work and punctuality!
