Had to wait almost a hour when I arrived at the Jackson Hewitt office because someone else had same appointment time as me.

[email protected] has employees that steal from other with there referred and friend! What they doing is sending our refer a friend money to their friends and Families! Then while you calling they all are sitting around talking about do not answering the phones because all people is doing is calling up there asking about stimulus checks but these people get paid to answer these questions!! they sure dont have no problem going out on a break and taking a marijuana break but they supposed to work with the IRS, IRS me do more checks companies like this!

My tax preparer was the best..

I had a appointment yesterday at 6pm. The tax prep kept telling me and my girlfriend that they are finishing up with a client multiple times. A women came in and they seen her right away as a walk in. They other tax preparer kept coming asking the other about questions she had about getting this person taxes done. We waited there until 7pm after waiting for a hour. Mind you a made a appointment last sunday about this time. Im never going to this location again. They were heavily understaffed and they made no attempt to let us know we were next. I never been so frustrated before with tax prep service like this. Im going back to H&R Block.
