Another reviewer wrote always honest, always straightforward. We are lucky to have them so close. 100% agree. They may be renting the same stuff as other shops, but the customer service and atmosphere here is head and shoulders above the rest.

I rented a Bobcat Excavator and trailer. The equipment was in great condition. I was able to tow it with my own truck, but they also gave me an option of renting one of their trucks or getting it delivered. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Great place to get tools and a variety of other things at great prices. The staff are all very friendly, but can be hard to find if you have questions. Oh and if you become a rewards member, you can get some great coupons.

This place is really great. Recommended to me by my neighbor. He had nothing bad to say about them and neither do I. No BS, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Feels like a small town shop where everybody knows you. They know how to operate the machines they rent, and they will make sure that you do too before you leave. A person who works there is very rude. With the flag of being clear, he behaves in the best particular interest way over and above any concern about customer service. When I told him about the situation for payment and asked him about a way to work outtout issue, he just came back with a ruthless policy enforcement statement and said literally that that was not his problem, that was my problem, actitude which set me speechless, because it was made clear that I am a disposable customer for him or his store.

Ive been renting from these guys for years.Though Ive had one or two equipment failures they are always helpful and offer solutions or replacements at no cost. They have some pretty aging equipment.

Rented their smaller log splitter this afternoon ($42 for two hours -- Great price!) and it made quick work of a full cord in one hour.Awesome selection, prices, and staff. We will definitely keep them in mind for future rental needs!

One of the few local places that rents out a manual sod remover (kicker). Also had cheaper prices on a medium size gas tiller than all big box stores in the area. All the staff is friendly and easy in and out.Propane fill for $15 cash is a great deal and you know you get what you pay for instead of one of those self service exchange stations.All in all I’m pleased and would rent from again.

This place not only has anything you could ever possibly need but the staff is amazing and helpful.They have anything youd ever want to rent and more. Tools to finish a home improvement job. Bounce house for a birthday. Traveling dunk tank for events. Earth movers for yard work. Trailers for hauling.(They even fill propane tanks for what Ive found to be the cheapest prices in this area.)Ive rented a ton of stuff from them over the years. All sorts of stuff from trailers to cheese pumps and its always been a great experience!

Never worked with a rental company before. I was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to explain everything to me. Putting a fence in next week and I will be going back for a few more things.

Rented a tool nobody rents and we had bad weather I called them and they agreed....went a couple hrs. later and they charged for another day....pretty sad...oh well so much for understanding safety.

Great service at a busy time. Everyone with basement flooding issues came in but they treated each customer with care and patience. Very reasonable.

Anything I have ever needed in a rush, you just cant have everything for house problem. I only go here the guys are so helpful, I thought I was going to have to get a big snake for basement drain and after we talked I went home got it going without having to rent the snake...Thanks guys.

I rented metal detector which beeps everywhere and they said it’s best one out there. But I feels they rent junk to people who don’t have knowledge about the the item. Don’t rent electronics item from there.

They came to our house and put a tent up for our wedding, they did a great job and everyone was super nice. Would highly recommend.

Some of their car trailers are really nice and some less so, at the same price point. Both are better than U-Haul however. Look for the PJ trailer.

We were there in need of tables and chairs last minute on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate us, they also refilled our propane tank for the grill cheaper than at Bobby and Steves down the road. Will be coming back next summer!
