I had an after hours urgent business banking problem. Toyo told me exactly what I needed on the phone and when I got there, he went above and beyond to help me solve it. My business partner was across town, but all she had to do was go to a branch a couple blocks from her house. I had always thought of check cashing places as sleazy, but this place was willing to help me with professionalism and courtesy when my own personal bank wouldnt lift a finger. Thank you!

Your Exchange was so kind to cash my State Check after so many other places like Wal Mart in Roseville and Bloomington both had issues cashing it so i went to Super Cash in Bloomington and they said they couldn’t cash it due to it already being signed on the back. So I said screw this I’m going to Your Exchange in Columbia Heights where I’ve cashed checks in the past and boom Olivia and Rosie worked with me and got it finally cashed. Damaris was excellent, she solved my problem of cashing my check in 15 min, I had been trying to figure out what to do. She took care of it and she showed me all the other products and services that they had to offer which I appreciated. She even helped me with sending money as well which saved me a trip to walmart.
