I found this company on Yelp while requesting quotes to have a large sectional cleaned. Mark was very responsive, and was the only company to ask for pictures in order to give an accurate price. I decided to go read some reviews and found that nearly all of them were 5-star, happy customers. So, I decided to go with him. Mark was able to fit me in his schedule in less than a week, which made me happy. I wasnt home for the actual job as I was at work and the cleaning took FIVE hours (12 removable cushions and 5 throw pillows). Wow, talk about a thorough cleaning. When I arrived home the cushions were propped up on the floor to allow for proper drying of all components. When I put everything back together, I couldnt have been happier. The sectional looks brand new. The cushions are even fluffy again. Thank you Mark, Im certainly another happy customer. Ill be calling you again when Im ready to do the carpets. 🙂

Great job!!! I set up an appointment prior to being in the house as it had been rented for 13 years to 3 different renters. I was shocked to see the condition of all the carpets and had to make changes to what would now be cleaned only a couple days prior to the appointment and they were VERY accommodating!!! Pricing adjustments on the spot to tailor things to my budget. Always kept me up to date, informed and the carpets look SO much better than I expected they would. Would DEFINITELY use them again!! Mark Wilson of Cleanstarr Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job of cleaning our cream colored carpet throughout our home. We had not had our carpets cleaned in several years. We had some dog and other stains, along with just general traffic dirt. Mark was extremely diligent in removing all of our stains. He took his time and was very careful not to harm our hardwood floors that had just been refinished. Mark followed all of our requests and was very pleasant to be around.We then had him return to power wash our patio stones and our deck furniture. Again he did an excellent job.Mark was prompt and e mailed us when he was on his way.I would highly recommend Mark and will not hesitate to use him again.

I get my carpets shampooed once or twice a year. I have used company’s and independently contract. Every year I’m not so satisfied with price and the work but this Time I was so pleased. I had a wonderful experience with this company. The owner is very professional and did an excellent job. The price is very fair and reasonable. Communication was also excellent. He cleaned some carpet, and you can see the before and after in the picture. He also cleaned tile and grout floor. The floors are like brand new again. Highly recommend!

Mark professionally cleaned our carpets and they look brand new. I am so impressed at his ability to get all stains, odor, and matting out and completely refresh our home! Mark was super nice and did an AMAZING job detailing the interior of my car. My seats are a tan cloth and we’re really dirty and now they look like new!!! OMG! AMAZING is all I have to say. I have 25 yo cream colored burber carpet. 15 yo stains from 2 children and many pets. Have had professional before and were unable to get the stains out. This is the best carpet cleaning service that I have had work for me. Very professional. I was amazed at how clean the carpets looked after, then he actually offered to do the tile cleaning and sealing, for a reasonable price. I will suggest this company to anyone I know who needs carpet or tile cleaned.
