Bob was absolutely great! Best service provided! Would definitely recommend Bob to anyone! Imo was great as well finishing up the repair! I would recommend Bob & Imo to anyone!

They lack focus. They told me my project could be finished in three months and it took a year. The crew they recently had did not enjoy working and had bad customer service. When I brought issues up with the owner he promised me stuff that could never of happened. When told that he failed in his promises he yelled at me and hung up the phone. They have a really good plumber named Bob, but many of their other employees are incompetent.
