The technicians sent out were so knowledgeable, outgoing and courteous of my house. They came a year ago to do an entire house duct cleaning, and then again this week to clean out the dryer vent. I am extremely delighted with their work and professionalism. I would certainly recommend them and engage them in the future!

Ben called about 20 minutes before arrival and within less than 10 minutes quickly assessed the situation and immediately started the repair. Within an hour, the dryer was not only working, but he thoroughly cleaned the area so well that you would never know the breakdown issue was due to the large buildup of hair and lint inside the machine. Wow.

My GE electric stove stopped working, so the next morning I called Clark Appliance Repair Services and they came over in the afternoon. My stove was fixed within 20 minutes without the need for parts. This is the 2nd time that I have used this company and they are very prompt, friendly and upfront about costs. I highly recommend them for similar appliance related issues.

Our washer stopped working and Clark Appliance Repair Services was able to get someone out here on the same day! When they replaced the part and the new one didnt work, they made arrangements to come back and fix it asap, which was awesome. Were on campus too, and parking can be a hassle, but Tim didnt let it bother him. He was really professional and I always knew exactly what was going on with the washer. A transmission ball bearing issue from an earlier diagnosis became a pulley issue after their knowledge was imparted. I would recommend this company any day.

Such a blessing to work with Clark Appliance Repair Services. They make work easier! Their representative, Ben worked on both my Kenmore washer and the dishwasher the same day. Its 2 months and everything works efficiently. Hands down the best customer service and I will definitely be giving him a call for all our appliance needs.

Steve promptly returned my late evening email with a phone call the next morning. He was straightforward in his pricing and show up at the agreed upon time. I was away from the house while he was there, but he took the liberty to call me again while at my house after diagnosing the issue within 20 minutes of his arrival. While I didnt personally meet with him, he was professional in his demeanor on the phone and in the presence of my family. Ive had Clark Appliance Repair Services out to my house 3 times now to repair my wall oven microwave. Each time Ive gotten a confirmation call, a call when the tech was on the way, and a handy email to track the techs progress along the way. One time the tech was running late, I was the last stop of the day and I got a call to let me know. Each tech has been professional, friendly and competent. All repairs were completed to my satisfaction and the tech has left the work area clean.

The service technician stated that he would be at my home between 9 and 9:30 am. He was prompt at 9 am. My refrigerator was not working properly at all. Very poor customer service—actually no customer service. Arranged an appointment window from 10-12. Technician called after 1:30 to ask if could do later in the day. I called office at 5:15- was advised the technician’s supervisor would call me. No call ever received.

Excellent. Weve had him out to our house twice for two unrelated issues. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed both problems: one was a cracked waterline and pump, and the other was the installation of an additional heater to solve a drain line freezing problem. Would highly recommend; we plan on using Clark Appliance Repair Services Tech again.

Said they would be here today between 10:45 and 1 and called after 12 to say the couldnt get here until the next day.
