Avoid this place if possible! This place practices very shady and underhanded business dealing. Their website is not a website at all but rather a domain with the name and nothing else. The owner will pretend he is closed when in fact he is open so that he can collect even more fees if the vehicle is held over the weekend. We had to call the police just to make the man pick up his phone and then we supposedly had to make an appointment even though we were the only other people. The initial fees were supposed to be around $200 but for Reasons the price was upped to over 400. The owner was rude and belligerent And threatened to not give my friend his car if I wasnt nice after I asked him a series of questions. The man also lied and said that I could not pay the fees and that it in fact had to be the owner in hopes that my friend would not have the means to pay to get his vehicle. This establishment is also extremely hard to find which is deliberate. The best thing to do with this place is to report it to the Better Business Bureau and force it out of business.

Customer service was atrocious!!! My friend, who has paraplegia and other maladies, had his vehicle towed. I took him there to retrieve his vehicle. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes in 101° heat after making our presence known to them. He had to bang on and shake the fence before we were eventually helped. It took nearly an hour to complete our transaction.

Totally trash towing company.Charging money because owner feels bad. disgusting white granny let customer wait outside more then hour cuz she is having conversation with other guy. I’m about to sue this towing company cuz she leaves 5pm right away even though our confirmation to get car is not completed. She charge us one more day for it. And keep says ‘my hour has done’ good luck everyone who visit this trash place.

DONT LET THEN TOW YOUR CAR. TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. It’s a civil issue. Not criminal. I had tried reasoning with the tow truck driver and the receptionist/ “office manager” with paying the initial drop fee of 140. They were rude and unreasonable. They said I had been wasting their time and he could charge me as he saw fit or just take my car. NOT TRUE! Their matter of fact attitude bit them in the butt at the end. When the officers arrived they let the company know that it was a civil matter and they can take me to court. Not take my car. SO the tow man didn’t look like a total idiot and go back to the yard empty handed we were able to negotiate a reasonable 100 dollar drop fee. Which I didn’t have to pay but did anyway. That was of my own courtesy. Know your rights! Btw I’m not the one. So you better believe every website where I can review you I will leave one. If you are corporate I’m calling them. I’m reporting you to the better business bureau for charging me whatever number came to the top of your head at the moment. I believe you target minority communities to put us at an even greater disadvantage. Every avenue that I can take action against you is definitely being pursued. You’re going to think twice about being unreasonable after I’m finished.

Miscommunication from security company led to these guys towing my car at my expense. They also damaged my car during the tow which I get to pay for too. You could at least take care of people’s stuff when you take it. Awful.

This company towed my vehicle, or rather “stole” it. The reason the gave was, that it was in violation but wouldn’t not list, name, or produce documents proving any violation occurred. Also, this business was not the address which my vehicle was located. It was actually at 8131 Santa Rita St, in Corona. It’s some shady, run-down looking shack that doesn’t even show up as a business. Instead, it a gun shop shows up as a business at that same location. It was very intimidating. And, when they charge fees to your card, be sure nobody is nearby. Because they call someone over the phone to make the charges.

Several year ago we woke up early morning I believe it was a green Acura possibly stolen was in our drive blocking our access to get out they were onsite about 30 minutes took pictures of the vehicle 4 different angel and got it out of are driveway they are the best

I was in legal violation of parking in a handicapped spot within my own complex on the 4th of July. I stoped briefly to unload my laundry. When I came out a security guard had this company already to tow my car.. It was not yet hooked up but merely had the back of the tow truck backed up ready to tow it. The driver insisted he had to take it because it was already hooked up even though I was right there to move it. I finally had to pay this company $140 using my debit card not to tow it away. They complied, but frankly Id rather pay the $250 fine issued from a real cop than ever dealing with this CROOK company again!

Towed my car, broke off my rear bumper step,denied it. Provided an incorrect invoice with information for a totally different car. Will be taken to court!

While the entire experience of having my car towed by this company was both surprising and disappointing, the biggest shock for me was seeing on their sign that they still use a Juno email address.

Its towing .... Its gonna cost ya for your laziness
