I regret coming here, I should have just said no and gone somewhere else. I ended up paying $425 to get my taxes done. They dont tell you their fee until all your paperwork is done, had I known ahead of time I would have gone somewhere else. My fault, lesson learned. I should have asked first but I was just used to the $45-$60 fee from the previous tax preparation service companies Ive used before, I didnt expect to pay $425.The lady who helped me could have been replaced with a robot and the service would have been the same. Basic customer service.Honestly, the best thing that came out of this place was the free candy on the desk...
