Today was my first time using the new online system, I was having trouble so I called customer service, which sadly the girl was, rude and short with answers, and not much help. I called the actual office where I have my loan and Jessie answered, she was very helpful, but she had questions, and needed a little guidance towards the end, so between Jessie and Liz they helped me through what started out to be a frustrating process to a really good experience.
