Colton Postal Office is absolutely horrible. I continue to have important mail disappear. From IDs, medical forms, bank info etc. I’m truly starting to believe something shady is taking place here. I’ve called numerous times about my concerns about not receiving mail at my home. Each and every time I’m told someone will return my call. THEY NEVER DO!! And my mail is continuing to disappear… only the most important. No one else has a key to my mail box and it hasn’t been broken into. The mail is being taken at the post office. WHAT ARE THEY REALLY DOING WITH OUR PERSONAL IMPORTANT MAIL?????

Colton Usps office is very unprofessional, and rude! If you have a problem with an item getting delivered they’ll treat you badly even though it’s their fault an item doesn’t show up! Then they’ll ask you not to file a claim because it’s bad for them! I’m not kidding! They complained that I filed a lost item case!!!!! That’s how unprofessional they are. They go loosing a packet and then don’t want to help you find it, or take responsibility for loosing it!If you have the option to go to a different post office, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Better yet, use UPS, FedEx!

I had ordered some contacts from a website. They shipped out my package and emailed me my tracking number. I check the tracking and notice that my package had been delivered to my mailbox. I check the mailbox but there’s nothing there. I call the postal service number, I’m given a service request number and was told I was going to get a call back but that never happened. I called severally and was told it was delivered. I spent a lot of money on the contacts and had planned to wear them for my birthday. It’s painful and unethical I lost money and the contacts.

So the post man who delivered to me today may not have knocked but he sure made good at his work he hid my package in a good spot i couldnt find it as i cant walk n my hubby has a torn achillies, hubby found it some where no one would have look it was dog who found it, angry caller turned surprised, thank you for that it was pleasent.

I got and email from att&t provider of Internet on my home relating me that my mail: We sent you important mail through the U.S. Postal Service that was returned and marked as undeliverable. It looks like the address we have on file for your account may be incorrect. To avoid any interruption in your service, be sure to update your address as soon as possible., i been dealing with this bs since last year from august and also i was waiting i check that dissapear from last year august and last month i suppose to get a credit card and didnt come through i gonna fill a complain for the lost and gonna look a lawyer

The post office lost my package and is not responsible. I think the mailman made the mistake of send the wrong mail and refused to find the package for me.

I am disabled and box was moved to inaccessible place for me . across a busy st. No calls back. Or recording with no solution. I am so frustrated.that I am going to file a case with ADA.

I was literally on Hold for 1 hr and a half and the end I have a lady came on as if I talk to somebody and have not got mail in Over 1 month I get meds I need and bills that need to be paid this is the most saddest post office I ever seen

Been coming here for a 4 years and its always wonderful to walk in and see smiling faces of Claudia, Daisa and Felix. Their always helpful, happy and kind. We continue to come to this Post Office for those reasons and those reasons alone. 30 miles away from home. But when you get service that is this good why go anywhere else.

Went there on Thursday with a package and I have never sent a package before the box was open and I was the second in line when I got up to the window the older lady rude told me that I would have to tape the box up and put a shipping label on it I stood there confused she didn’t offer to say to bring it back and the front of the line when I’m done because it wasAt least 30 people waiting in line I was so mad I will take my business elsewhere I will never go there againPS I would’ve given zero stars but I had to give at least one

It is 6:00 pm Saturday September 27 2020 I STILL DONT I have lived at the same location for over 40 years and have NEVER had this poor of service. Something needed to be done to correct this problem

On two occasions, I have had two packages stolen on opened and had the item taken. The last time was this past weekend. Tracking my order it said package was to be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday checked the tracking and said delivered at 4:59pm. I live in a townhome so our mail room has bigger boxes for bigger items. I went to check and no package was delivered. Let a note asking if anyone might have it in their box to please call. Monday morning received a call from the mail carrier saying no package with our name was delivered, yet the email said it was accepted by Colton post office and delivered by the Colton post office. And here I am with no package. Just unfuckingbelievable.

They are holding my package because they dont think it belongs to me n my address. I bloody paid for it now gimmi

One of the lady with the dramatic ugly lashes was so rude we asked her a simple question and she came at me and my sister with attitude.If she isn’t friendly with the costumers the. she shouldnt work for a job where you have to interact with costumers

For more than 6 months, my home mail boxes ( 10 houses),was damaged by thieves, for 6 months. Not being replaced yet. I am elderly had to get line for more than half hours at the post office to pick up mail during the Covid time.iam very unhappy with the service

I only have one star so I can input a review. The staff r all incompetent will steal your mail and supervisor will argue wit u if let them know never pick up the mail from the outside boxes worst service anywhere and I have to deal wit it cause I live here and itsmy closest one to go to. DO NOT LEAVE UR MAIL ON THE BOX OUTSIDE CAUSE IT WILL NEVER GET PICKED UP.ON REGULAR BASIS

DO NOT put your mail in the blue boxes outside. Thieves are stealing your mail and any signed checks that you include in the envelopes. This has already happened to my uncle (his cable payment was stolen), and an aunt of mine witnessed someone pulling a piece of cardboard out of a drop box which he had used to catch outgoing mail. I am not willing to trust that they have done anything to fix this issue. TAKE YOUR MAIL INSIDE!

Why do they even provide a phone number when they NEVER answer! To top it of the workers have the worst attitude ever! Like I only came here for a book of stamps chill out. Its not our fault they are miserable and hate their job. Something seriously needs to be done about this. I prefer to drive a longer distance to the post office in Highland than to deal with their attitude.

Whenever I go in I have no problems. The staff is nice to me and ask how my day has been. It does get busy but what post office doesnt? If anyone complains about a post office being busy then theyre just impatient people.

I’ve received my mail WEEKS after the sender sends it, in various occasions they’ve been extremely important letters, there’s also a 70% chance they’ll put your mail in your neighbors mailbox, they are not very good at organizing and are lazy.

I was sent a package that should have been in my possession, however I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!! This is the Worst postal service I have ever experienced. I suggest sending all of your mail through UPS or even FedEx you will have a better chance of getting your packages!!!

I dont have any problems with the office its with our carrier to our mailbox. We used to get our mail delivered by a different carrier but now its earlier with a new carrier and our mail & packages have been delivered to our neighbors mailbox. We had never met our neighbors until they received our packages. To add to the frustration our community mailbox has been broken into (see pics) I am on Dunlop Court, its a cul-de-sac.

I cant believe someone had the audacity to tear one of the corners off an envelope from a birthday card I mailed out to my daughter at college. Really?! We are supposed to trust mailing our stuff out and one of your employees is committing illegal crimes by going through our mail to steal money!! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!!

Im a letter carrier in another city. Tried to make it easy for my carrier by putting my name in the box. She still puts the previous in, returns my mail. Tried having a conversation, she just nods. Boxes broken into, forwarding all my mail. She just returns it. Im sorry folks its not that hard.

When Maria, our regular carrier is off, we receive our mail at night. Last night we had to go out after dark, at 9:20 PM to get the mail. There is no excuse for that. If we wait until morning, it WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE STOLEN. MARIA, OUR REGULAR CARRIER IS THE BEST. LOVE HER. All of us here in RECHE CANYON ON PARVIN DR. APPRECIATE HER.

When our regular mail person is off, I get other customers mail in my mailbox(sometimes). Therefore,I don,t know if my mail is being delivered elsewhere.anyway,if I get someone else,s mail I put it in their mailbox or return it through the mail carrier

I am glad they still have those blue mail drop boxes & they check them in the morning & afternoon instead of once a day. Its a drive thru drop box, so its helpful when their parking lot is full.

Dawyne and Mike Need to be trained better. They were bothered at every question I asked and Mike was hesitant to help me and kept wanting me to call back Dawyne. Very Little Communication between staff .

Do not speak with any of their workers. They lied to my face about my outgoing package and it took them four days to finally send it out. Staff is unreliable, arrogant, and mismanaged!
