I wish I can give this company 0. This is the worst transportation company we have dealt with. First of all they dont have their order correct. We had requested a wheelchair door to door service and they didnt have that on their side. They finally confirm and tell they will send someone the next day. We wait and no one shows up. We call the insurance company, they call TLC and they tell them that there is no trip on their system. Per the insurance, they didnt seem to care. Never ever use this transportation company. No sense of customer service nor do they care about the patients.I wish there were negative points we could give them.

Do not waste your time with this place they take forever to process your application and they do not return phone calls! This is the most unprofessional company I ever applied at.
