Had a 4AM delivery appointment. Got here at 3:35AM and was in line in the street just to get to the security stand. Wasnt checked in until 4:16AM. At the check in window, 3 ladies sitting at counters but only one was checking in people. One girl had time to check her smart watch, then respond back to a text on her phone. Only good thing was that the unload wasnt overly long as you experience at some Walmart/Sams DCs.

DO NOT PARK on road Miguel Bustamante the gave 40+ tickets on March 1, 2021. They dont do it all the time but when the do they get every body.Sams club DC appointment was at 5pm on Sunday was out by 630pm

IF YOU ARE A TRUCK DRIVER. WHENEVER DELIVERING IN THIS PLACE, YOU BETTER BE SURE NOT TO BE ONE MINUTE LATE PASS YOUR APOINTMENT TIME, THEY WILL MAKE YOU RESCHEDULEAND THE STAFF, ARE NOT THE FRIENDLIEST AT ALL, FAR FROM BEING SOAND JUST TO GIVE YOU HEADS UP, THE LINES TO CHECK IN, ARE ALWAYS LONG!

I don’t get the bad reviews. Maybe I just caught them on a good day. Was through the line of trucks and checked in about 15min. Had 5 trucks in front of me. Guards and office personnel were all extremely friendly. Only down side was had to Waite for doors to open up for an hour when they had about 30 doors open.

Good lumpers and efficient security, especially the security lady with red hair, shes ontop of everything.

This place is so unorganized it’s terrible. They have more trucks checking in at once than they can handle. Small area to drive through. They used to have the entrance and exit in a different spot but they changed it to trucks exiting and entering the same area. Too small, too many trucks. No organization at all. Ladies behind the glass in the office have a attitude problem too.

Would give 5 stars but they need a better system for getting in a dock and more room. Drivers are rude and in a hurry...not the dc fault except that their system for getting to the dock caused most of the problem

This place is no joke all bad for unloading. 4hours or longer. Well if you are a lucky person you might get out sooner. I didnt even have a half of a load.. no stars for this D. C..

Hands down the worst facility Ive ever delivered too and that is saying alot.. over 50 trucks waiting to check in at once.. they schedule everyones del at once.. I waited 45 to get to the gate to check in.. they gave me a dock and the driver at the door cant pull out cause everyones looking at each other in both directions..never seen anything like this.. unreal

Stay away from this place they have 40 trucks checking in at once... 30 min to an hr to even get to security dock.. and if you 2 minutes late once you make it to security check in.. they will make you reschedule and loose alot of time and $$$.. STAY FAR AWAY PLACE IS COMPLETE GARBAGE.. ALSO GIVE YOU WRONG CHECK OUT TIME ON LABEL SO YOU WILL NOT GET PAID DETENTION PAY...

Not the best warehouse nor the worst. The backing is not for rookies but its not as bad as most California produce warehouses.

Not bad for a Walmart Inc. Strict on appointments as usual. But will accept us 1 hour early if you arrive early. Office staff are respectful. Gotta park on the street for wait time, but over all it not too. I give me 4 stars. They have restrooms inside and you can purchase decent snacks inside also

Quick in & out whether its a drop & hook or live. I find the staff on the drop & hook side (door 215) more friendly. The guards are always fast, efficient & professional as well

If picking up or delivering here, make sure youre at least an hour early. Can regularly take over 30min just to get to guard shack. Then inside the gate its so busy, may take another 15-30min ro back into your door. Just be patient and cautious and youll have success.

I wish someone who had money would sue this place and even file a class action suit against this place. There is so much evidence of this place wasting so much of our time because of their incompetence. I would even provide my evidence of disgrievence for free. We could definitely set the standard all across the United States by doing this.

Absolutely horrible, checked in at 5pm for my 5pm appointment. Docks were already full with a lot full of trucks waiting to get unloaded. 2 hours and still waiting to get the call for my dock

Allow extra time for check in! Ive waited almost an hour before finally getting to the gate. Drop n hook for us here. No matter how well you secured the load it is still a good chance that some product will fall through the load locks or straps because they dont wrap or secure the boxes to each other.

Have been coming here regularly twice a week for two years. This place can either be the easiest load of the week or hell on earth. Live loads are always a pain and never happen on time. Worst experience: sat hooked to my trailer, at a door, for 23 hrs waiting on a case of oysters to go on my truck that was late getting there. My company wouldnt let me just drop the trailer and come back when they got the load ready.. had to stay with the load. I was ready to kill...but so far, thats the worst load Ive had from there.

Checked in 1:30 min before the appointment for my pickup. Checked out 3 hours later without any problem. It has a clean restroom.If you arrive early you can park on the street.

Shipper stated the load was ready and instructed me to arrive early. Guard instructed me to drop trailer in empty lot and bobtail to door 215 to pickup paperwork. Arrived at door 215 and was instructed to park next to door 204 because they haven’t finished loading. I notice immediately there is no trailer in door 204 and notify shipping department. They instruct me to pickup my dropped trailer from the empty lot and park it in door 204 for a live load. I follow these instructions, dock, disconnect and park next to my trailer. 10-minutes later a yard jockey connects to my trailer and dropped it back in the empty lot... I notify the shipper and they stated they are loading another trailer... It is now 0102 and door 204 is still empty and loading has not commenced. I spoke with the shipping manager and he instructed me to speak with the loading team. I speak with the loading manager and he instructed me to speak with the shipping manager. I again speak with the shipping manager and asked him why was I instructed to arrive early if you haven’t even begun loading??? He stated “Because according to the computer your trailer is being loaded in door 204”. Just for fun I asked him what the computer said now? He looks at me and says... “Your trailer is almost loaded”... ROFLMFAO (Attachments) My dock door with my “almost loaded trailer” that currently sits empty... Bathroom Facilities... Always busy glad I have the sams app.

They have no parking for the drivers picking up there, yet require them to be there 10hrs early. No parking close by and no parking on the street, even though its an industrial area, as Colton city cops hand out parking tickets like candy.

It takes them around two hours only to give you the paperwork when you are picking up. And they loaded 4 pallets in 5 hours.

A Truckers Opinion (live unload)NOTES:🚨 I saw trucks parked up and down the streets around there, but there was a sign inside from the Colton Police saying you cant park there and theyll ticket (park at your own discretion)🛒 Walmart DC run by Lineage Logistics, so throw most of the normal Walmart DC stuff out the window✔️ Pretty quick after the waiting fiasco❌ Very unorganized, not sure which doors are actually open, had to wait an hour before the door I was told to go in was actually available and I wasnt the only one❌ Tight space with a lot going on including impatient drivers making things worse by trying to pull around people while theyre backing etc

Got here about 1 hr early waited for a door for 1.5 hrs passed appointment when sat in door for 2.5 hrs before I got a red light. I would how much longer it will take theyre going to make me late for my other drop only dropping 10 plts

I had a load from americold to here, and load was overweight in pickup location they took 1pallet off and corrected BOL with pen. When I came here Sams asking for clear BOL with no corrected by pen.

Have made numerous deliveries and pickups from here but theyve almost all been drop & hooks. Drop lot can be tight but there is a free scale for anybody to use. Trucks seem to come in waves. Sometimes you can get here and drive right up to the guard shack, other times there can be a long line to get in so be sure to get here early if live unloading in case there is a line.

Typical day for a squared away spot it’s unusual

Slow service to the extreme, would give negative Stars if I could for employees attitudes, if I never go back it will be too soon.

Nobody work in there 15 min unloaded to ready for paperwork waiting 2 hrs so slow 😠😠

3am delivery appointment at Sams club got in line for CHECK in at 1.50am got to the guard shack at 2:45am there systems was down had to go back out to the street after arguments ask again at 4am they were still down came back 5am system was back up took another 45min to check in got sticker time 5:45am backed in to door wait for frikin 7 hours to get unloaded and blame on me that i was late for my appointment .grow up and take responsibility .
