Highly highly recommend this company. I had an appointment with another company to come and clean my carpet and couches today. When I called to confirm my appointment this morning I got no answer. I looked up professional carpet cleaning near me and they came up. I saw his review where awesome. I called him explain my situation and asked if there was any way he could fit me in to his schedule today . And he rearranged his schedule and made it happen he came and cleaned my house is on my carpet on the same day. Very friendly polite honest worker price was very reasonable . And his job quality was outstanding will definitely be using him and recommending him again .

Im extremely satisfied with the work this company has demonstrated. I requested two bedrooms to be cleaned; the outcome looks amazing, and have a wonderful scent to it. I also included the pet treatment which helped my carpet smell fresh and removed all the stains that were caused by my pet. I will definitely work with this company again. I called and the owner, Jose answered my call, immediately. So much better than talking to an answering machine. I inquired about the pricing to have my carpet cleaned in the Master Bedroom and two hallways. Also, I explained that I have two little fur babies and one of them had soiled the carpet badly in the Master Bedroom hallway. He explained to me, that he will treat the pet soiled carpeted area prior to cleaning. However, he could not guarantee that some of the pet soiled stain will not reappear later, as he is unable to see what is underneath the carpet. I clearly understood him and agreed to go ahead with making the appointment for him to come out and clean my carpet, as his price was extremely reasonable and affordable. $60 for the three areas + $30 for treating the pet stains. It was $90 in total. I easily made an appointment and Jose showed up on the date and time agreed.Upon meeting Jose, he was very professional in appearance and mannerism. He got straight to work and was able to get the pet soiled stains out completely. He even went over the stubborn areas a few extra times. He asked that no one steps onto the cleaned carpeted areas for at least two hours. Meanwhile, I was totally amazed at how bright and new the carpet looked. It went from a dingy dark brown, to a bright beige in no time! It was so nice to see my carpet looking vibrant, as if it were brand new. Definitely a WOW factor!Jose saw my tile in my kitchen and mentioned that he can clean the grouted areas to have my floor looking brand new for $50. Omg, he was right! My kitchen floor looks brighter and clean! The grouted areas went from black to white in no time! My steam mop cant even do that!While pulling out my 6 dining chairs, I noticed that every chair had spots from dried up spills whenever we had company. Just normal wear and tear stuff. I asked Jose if he could clean them and how much would he charge. He usually charges $10 a chair, but was kind enough to give me a discount at $5 a chair. Total to have them cleaned was $30. I thought, might as well. He cleaned them and now the fabric on my 6 chairs look vibrant, clean and new!All in all, I paid $170 for everything and it was money well spent, considering that it hasnt been cleaned this good in the past 2-3 years.I am extremely happy with the work that Jose did. He is reliable, professional, and communicates well. Again, the pricing was reasonable and affordable in comparison to other companies I called. Ill be sure to use his services in the future. I definitely recommend California Carpet Cleaning to both, commercial and residential clients within the Inland Empire. You wont be disappointed.

Service was not good my rug literally looked the same way before the cleaning. I was very disappointed also was highly expensive. The amount I paid was not even for a decent service. I will not go thought this company for carpet cleaning service again.
