They took care of my oil change in a timely manner. Its first come first serve. Expect a sales pitch on future needed service. There was no pressure.

Anthony was there to help me today, I went in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, maintenance check and left with all that, plus an new axle on the drivers side. I believe Jimi took care of replacing the axle and took him all of about 20 minutes. I however have a coupon book where the maintenance work was pretty much free. I took a look at their regular prices for an oil change among-st other things and they are pretty high BUT the guys here do quality work, and on a good day will work with you. Overall their customer service is great, and I left a really satisfied customer. Thanks to Anthony ill be having a smooth ride come Labor Day.

Great Customer Service! Went in worried after my tire pressure light came on. Quickly and Honestly They checked out all my tires and let me know nothing was wrong with my tires must’ve been the tire rotation I had just had the day prior elsewhere. Helped me get back on the road with my family!

Make sure that if you get a coupon online you explain that guy what kind of promotion you paid. I paid a $37 and they did tha $25.. very unhappy 😡.

Its been a few months I had hoped to give this review sooner, well Im finally doing it!Integrity tires employees helped me when nobody else would. It was at the end of the day and my brakes were so bad I would not have made it home At least not safely if it all they stayed & helped me and made sure that I got my brakes fixed so I did make it home safely they were so helpful and courteous its hard to find service like that really do appreciate integrity tireThanks integrity tire!

The guy Pete seems to want to over charger and rip off at any chance. I dont trust a place that puts nitrogen in my tires and charges me for it without asking first. If I cant even get new tires without getting ripped off, I definitely wont trust this place with anything else.

We have been going to Tire Guys for years, and they have become a trusted advisor for all our cars. They have been able to assist with a wide range of issues (a challenge when we have older cars). Besides being trustworthy and fair with recommendations and repairs, their customer service and speed is excellent. They go above and beyond to give a good car service experience. I highly recommend this store and Pete, the manager!

I went in for an oil change. Didnt want to leave my car with my mechanic because I was in a hurry to get to work. After about 10 minutes the goodyear mechanic comes back with a stripped drain plug. And then proceeds to tell me I need a new oil pan. Also that Im in need of $5000 worth of repairs. My $20 oil change ended up costing me over $600. Beware!!!!!

People here are awesome. First time I was here, they offered to credit my bill with the uber that I would get, if needed so I didnt have to wait here for 6 hours. This time, the person working the desk mentioned how they were going to the Starbucks across the street, I ended up getting a round trip ride to Starbucks. They do extra here, and I appreciate it. Pete at Tires Guys has been taking care of my father for years. They have performed nothing short of magic keeping his car running. On my recent trip through town I scheduled an appointment to get an over due oil change. The mechanic found a substantial crack in my radiator. Pete and the mechanic showed my the break as we discussed alternatives. There was full transparency, 110% honesty, and real concern for the safety of my family. Everything was reasonably priced for the work that had to be done and they got it all done that day. Pete and Tire Guys has earned the business of 2 generations of my family.

This a place that took advantage of someone who didnt know about cars. Over priced items and charged extra time worked hourly that was a lie. If there was a lower mark I would give it.

This place is great. David, Elias, and Jim all gave me incredible service and were very thorough in finding everything they could fix in my car. This is easily the best place to go in the inland empire if you need an oil change, tire replacement, or any maintenance. These guys will take care of you, and of they cant theyll refer you somewhere that can help you. Thanks tire guys!

Came in for an oil change mid day, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The guys were cool, awesome service👍

I asked if they offer AAA Discounts and the dude kept stuttering like he didnt know what the word meant, they offer AAA Discounts but they dont advertise and the employees are trained not to offer EVER, theyre also trained to throw on the warrantys and the insurance without asking if you want it or not, completely terrible service, plus the price for 1 tire was $200 and that was WITH my AAA Discount, stick with Wal-Mart they got me a brand new tire PLUS Oil Change for $170

Ive been taking my car here regularly for the past year or two. I recently had my brakes changed and for the first time in a while they havent squeaked! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I typically get a next day appointment as well. It could be at a reduced price of you get the coupons from the local community guide.

Told tire was not repairable and charged a rediculous price for a new one. Did not inform me that it would take about an hour to get the tire from another shop. Paid with a big bill and was told they would have to go somewhere else to get change. Bad experience, very unprofessional.

Pete the manager was always helpful. I went there 3 times to check on something on my corolla. and all no charge . He could just say, there is a problem with anything to make business, but he didnt. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Bought 4 set of tires from them and 2 mother later one tire went flat. They wouldnt fix it and said I need to buy a new one. I told them that this isnt right and they should backup their product and his response was I wish I could. Would not recommend them.

They have the worst customer service!Got 4 tires at the time they couldnt do the alignment on my tires they did put it on my invoice with a 99.00 charge which they didnt charge me but the invoice was confusing, and the guy who answered the phoneWas not very cleared and could have handled it better
