Unlike other car wash services, these dudes took their time to really clean and make my car shine! I opted not to spray car freshener but my car still smelled and felt like new! And this is just car wash-not detailing! They didn’t wash it hurriedly. They took their time! Antonio, Julian, Raymond, and this other dude I forgot to ask for his name and include him in the photo. But when you come here, look for these four.
Its an older Car Wash but gets the job done. They have several packages seems like the cheap packages arent really worth it though just real quick wash. Id recommend going there if you cant hit a newer place anywhere closer.
Ive been going down to Matts Express the wash system is actually better at sparkling wash however the vacuum is on the self-serve basic wash could be improved not all of them work the ones that do work so so but the overall wash way better
When you get a full service wash, the quality depends largely on which person gets assigned to your vehicle. Ive had my vehicle washed there many times and all but twice they did a decent job. I cant speak as to how they would have handled the two times the work was subpar had i complained because i didnt have time to point out the things they missed. Only twice out of the many times ive been there and their generally good attitudes, service and pricing would have me recommend this car wash.
Very unorganized once you get out of the tunnel wash. As I sit here cars keep leaving without getting the full service they paid for because No one is there to direct you. Guy in the entrance where you pay is very blahhhhh towards his job. This place has potential. lack of leadership and communication skills that need to be improved!!

Took car in yesterday to be cleaned. $35 and they did what my grandma called a spit, lick and prayer job of it.Still dirty, went back in today and asked for a redo (assumed the guy misunderstood what Id paid for) was refused and told I needed to return and find the guy who did my ticket and take it up with him.I work 60+ flipping hours a week. I dont have time to haunt their place. I just wanted it rewashed.The Arco carwash on Waterman does a better job for $9.
I took advantage of the$39.00 Spray Wax and Car Wash special. The cleaning crew did a good job 👍. My car is happy & clean.
The spray wax is awesome but over priced $ i will do my car probably 2 times a year, if it was priced wright i would do every week in the summer 👍

This little place rocks. A basic wash is affordable and they include free vacuums. Choice of full service or service your own. Nice staff and all cloth wash!
They do good work but communication with the client is poor. If you are first time client, you will be lost on what is going on. But most people there are repeat customers.

Bad experience, my first time there, didnt tell me to put my car in neutral, so I put my foot on the brakes, man came from behind me and was yelling at me, but I did get my car washed twice, but they also didnt vacuum my hatchback
They do a good job.
This is one of the few car washes that still wash vehicles off the rack. If you have a large p/u truck this is the go to place. They really take time with your vehicle and make sure its clean inside and out. They are very attentive to details. For that reason be prepared to wait. Just remember, Good things come to those who wait. They do have an Express car wash option,(for cars and smaller trucks), if youre short on time.

Great prices, and my wife loves this place. However, if its busy, dont plan on being any kind of an organized queue for detailing. Whoever gets into the slot first gets tended to, regardless of the order of service. If I can find someplace more organized in this area, thats where Ill be going. The quality is good, but their organizing skills suck.
They did an ok job. But not nearly as good as it use to be. Paid for full service, and interior was done poorly. Quick service, just not great quality.

I now get all my auto maintenance done at Integrity Tire Goodyear and get my truck washed and detailed right next door at Sparkling Clean Car Wash and Detail. I was greeted by Jose who was highly personable and gave me a quick run down of how this particular facility works. I got the “extreme wash” and I left satisfied. Efran who was in charge of the detail portion of the car wash really paid close attention to detail including taking an air hose to cup holders and door storage, rolling down my front windows to get the very top of the window, wiping floorboards and even wiped the soap out of the bed of my truck which no other car wash does for me. Great service if you’re in the area! Thanks again Jose!

Best place I have been to wash my car! Everyone is great and Miguel is a wonderful manager! Would recommend to all my friends and family. They really paid attention to detail on my car and it feels great driving away with a fresh feel. It will brighten your day coming here really fast service!
So I gave them another shot this Sunday brought my other Car the Hot Wax did work so they got that fixed.... got the same guys guy was cleaning it...he didnt do a good job...This was my go to for a great car wash..the Intake lady is awesome she would guide you into the car wash machine and brush the front and backsides vigorously! Today she wasnt working when we came in ..what was disappointing we paid for $22.00 extreme wash which included Hot Wax n Shine that service didnt turn on inside the Wash...If your not paying attention you would have paid extra for a service you didnt get! I off course mentioned that to the Service Manager they didnt seem surprised but had an immediate answer of its normally extra..they will spray wax it instead for free my answer to that is. I wanted to let management know so that they dont get other Customers who will get cheated on...I dont think I was the only one.. Buyer beware!

Sad. This place is just a shadow of it’s former glory. I haven’t been here in years and it has aged horribly. The wash itself is old and poor technology, with dangling scrubbers that drag the dirt off. It did an ‘Okay’ job but the guy wiping did more cleaning. The inside is OLD, with couches that scream “your going to catch something if you sit on me “, they are so old and worn. The bathroom is dirty and really gross. Leaking toilet..... from the bottom !!! A urinal that has not been cleaned in a few days to a week and no paper towel to dry your hands. Save your time and money. Until they renovate, don’t bother to come here.
Super friendly staff! Quick and efficient. I’ve been driving by here for awhile and kept meaning to go and I’m so glad i did! You really can’t beat their prices for what you get. I will definitely be coming back here ! 😊

I highly reccomend talking to Miguel (I believe hes the manager) Hes a good guy and very understanding. I came in 20 mins til close time and I wanted a detailed wash that would take up some time to clean. Luckily, there were no cars and he gave me a deal. Im definitely coming back again.

This is a great place to get your car cleaned.After the wash the men and women take soft towels to the exterior and soak up any and all water Next is the vacuuming and then the detail to your dad and seats and the finally the air fragrance of your choice. Over all its the best place in the county to clean up that heap and let it shine like new.

They always do a good job, and I usually go on my lunch, give them my car, walk to one of the fast food places, eat, and then get back to work on time.

This place goes all the way to ensure you will leave satisfied.I took my SUV here today for the full shampoo inside & detail w/ exterior wash, let me tell you when I say my car was dirty ..... I mean like VERY dirty. Soooo, I knew these guys had their work cut out & they did an amazing job, like A-ma - ZING ! Awesome price point too !Now in a perfect world Id come here once a month, although Ill most likely be back in 6months- 1 year. But the person who helped me checkout and dealt with my stupid bank issues was very patient- that made the experience 100%. Customer service is key- He was very genuine. I drove from the Crestline area for this place cause Ive been let down before when getting my cars fully cleaned, they did not disappoint.

I went in for a quick wash on Saturday the 3rd and had a bad experience my front wheel was damaged. I asked to speak to someone in charge and I was given the run around.ive called and emailed the numbers that were given to me and still no response I will continue to take this matter to another level. The staff provided horrible service .

Not worth the price. They are quick but if you want it done right do it yourself. Once I got home I spent the net 30min cleaning what they told me was water spots. Save yourself the time and money by hiring teenagers or do it yourself.

Living in an appartment and owning a black sports car investing in a monthly carwash pass is a must have investment, finding this carwash with great and friendly service makes it the best choice for investing my money here. They take care of their car as if it was theirs! Im lucky because I live so close but Id probably take the extra mile for their service.
I bought a brand new car 2 weeks ago, and i took it to this car-wash for a express service. When i was washing my car i heard that one of the cleaning machines hit the rear quarter panel. As soon as the express service was done I Checked my car and i noticed some dents and scratches on the rear quarter panel. I went to talk to the supervisor about the scratches and he told me that the theres not anything in the car-wash that can damage my car. I told him to go and check my car he refused to do it arguing and saying the same phrase over and over again ( theres not anything in the car-wash that can damage your car)... Im so pissed. Dont take your car there, and if you take it check your car after the service is done you will get surprise with all the scratches that you will find.
Dont know if I love or hate this car wash. I used to love it when there were no machines. Now its very automated and they keep changing their prices.

This place used to be great I have been bringing my truck here for years but now the new owners are careless, unprofessional and have a complete disregard for customer service. They took over an hour to wipe down a single window. Dont waste your money or your time with this place its an absolute joke.
Went to this location today in order to get the $9.99 full service wash advertised. I tell the man assisting me twha I want and he says $14.99. In response I say its before 11am and your ad says $9.99. He says thats exterior only so I ask what makes it full service then. Instead of answering my question he just looks at me w an attitude which I was confused at the response because it was a genuine question and I didnt change my time or present him w an attitude.The location I usually go to does interior and exterior so this was new to me and this rep couldve easily informed me that thats not something thats usually included for full service across the board in this industry, which I was informed later by a friend.End of story that was a teachable moment that was overlooked. Check your attitude when working a service job and dont assume!I live around the corner in Grand Terrace and this wouldve been a convenient location to frequent but Ill stick to my usual cash wash location in Redlands.

Horrible, Somehow the ruined the glass on 3 of my windows huge pits all over them. I think it was with the compressed air they use. The manager claimed that was impossible that I just never noticed it before. My truck only has 15000 miles I have hand washed it at home until now I would have noticed. Because I noticed it immediately after they did it.
They vacuumed my car and cleaned my dash and center console very nicely. However, my seats were a huge disappointment. I left with them still wet, they advised me they would dry and I wouldn’t be able to see the water anymore and since they were still wet I was not able to see any stains. I left my car windows open over night for the seats to dry properly. My back seats had NO stains whatsoever upon going in and now they do. My front passenger DID have stains but from chocolate which I’m sure came out because the chocolate stains were gone and the remaining stains are in the corners from the water gathering. The drivers seat has stains from them being overly agitated when it was not dirty to begin with. They were just not properly dried and there are HARSH water stains. I left my car there from 2-5:30, that is not acceptable. I should go back and complain however they never answer the phone. I would go back but I am 9 months pregnant and this summer heat is ridiculous, they do not have any AC there. VERY disappointed. For $150 + $10 tip I expected a way better job now I have to go and redo my back seats that had NO stains and my front seat. Never going back.

DISHONEST AND DOES NOT RESPECT THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMERSALL LOMA LINDA EMPLOYEES AVOID!!!!!Ive been using 100% Hand Wash (the previous name of this place) for years - I took my two cars here about once a week, and used the Blue Wash deal from Loma Linda University (I am a physician there and get a $3 discount with the little card). They would do a good hand wash, and a thorough drying. The attendant would get a decent tip and I would be on my way with a sparkling car.However, the automatic wash that has replaced the former business is the complete opposite. They kept the same owner/manager Mike, who now refuses to honor the Loma Linda card. I purchased ten of the blue wash cards about a week before the place shut down in April 2015 for renovation. When it reopened, they would honor the card with a bickering attitude, sometimes refusing to dry the vehicle (the blue wash included a premium wash and a hand dry). Today (8/1/2015) they flat out refused to honor the card. The manager told he would take the card from me and it would be good for a free wash - no detail, no upgrades. I paid for the premium wash with drying - how can they just take someones money and not perform the service? I ended up taking the card back - its pretty much useless now offering the cheap wash is an insult. Ive been told from Loma Linda that the business has the money and that only they can offer a refund (which the manager at the carwash naturally stated was not true).This is in contradiction to the current owner Mike(same guy as above) stating previously in May and June that despite the change in name of the business, he would honor these cards since Loma Linda no longer sells them, and I only had a finite supply to use up. Today he continues to flip flop and denies he ever said that. Bottom line - THIS PLACE TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED SERVICE. To me, that is flat out illegal. How has the Better Business Bureau not shut this place down?!This place had me as a weekly customer. How much more reliable is that? Not anymore.I urge all Loma Linda employees to avoid this business - they do not respect the terrific business the university has brought to them in the past, and the manager/owner does not respect long time loyal customers.
