I had renewed a warranty on my Sears washer in April. The washer stopped working in May. I had a tech come out twice during the next 10 weeks and it still wasnt fixed. I requested and received $50, part of the warranty coverage, since it wasnt fixed the first or second time. The next repair date they gave me was mid August if the backordered parts had arrived by then, no guarantee.I spent hours on phone calls and emails. Waited for parts to be ordered and delivered, service techs that were late or didnt show at all. I filed a claim with Sears in July but it was denied in August so I cancelled the warranty and bought a new washer someplace else. Being without a washer for over 10 weeks during a pandemic is far from ideal.I received a check for $.01 (one cent) from the Sears warranty company. They deducted the parts and labor charges for a washer that still wasnt fixed. That was the last straw! I contacted Business Consumer Alliance the end of August. This week I heard from the warranty company that I will be receiving $169 in 7-21 days. Without BCA intervening on my behalf I would only have received a penny. I cant thank BCA enough. I highly recommend them if you are having a problem getting resolution with a business.

I contacted BBB hoping they could help resolve my issue with a home warranty company. BBBs actions far exceed my expectations! In less than 24hrs, I received an email and a call from the home warranty Presidents office apologizing and offering a resolution. The home warranty Presidents office representative assured me proper training will be implemented, so that, Customer Service Representatives will provideACCURATE information in the future! I contacted Business Consumer Alliance to help resolve a conflict that I was having with T-Mobile, USA. We had switched to T-Mobile from another phone carrier with a balance owed on the devices. We were promised that they would pay off the devices along with a credit we received on the day we signed up. However, this was not accurate information. We ended up doing the Buyers Remorse. T-Mobile got all their equipment back, kept our devices that we turned in, and we were stuck with a bill from the other carrier. Without delay Business Consumer Alliance began to work on my complain right. With them reaching out to T-Mobile, one of the top executives reached out to me to resolve the complaint.

I am very grateful to Business Consumer Alliance. I wasted two weeks trying to contact an insurance company regarding a settlement claim only to be met with silence. I really want to thank Business Consumer Alliance for such professionalism, courtesy and promptness regarding a consumer complaint with Reward Zone,USA. I had such a awful experience with Rewards Zone,USA for months trying to get this company to cooperate and send me my earned award. I took in consideration we were in a nationwide epidemic which would probably cause some delays, but when months went by without any communication then I became concerned. I finally, got a reply from Rewards Zone, USA, they without hesitation sent me my one-thousand dollar Visa gift card and alls well that ends well. All it took after weeks of trying to get a refund credit from AT&T was an email to The Business Consumer Alliance. Consumer Alliance contacted the office of the president of AT&T and they in turn contacted me and gave me the refund credit for being billed for something that I should not have been billed for in the first place.

You are a life saver! I had paid in cash for a service call that was not credited and as a result they sent me a pre-collection notice. I tried for two months to speak with someone, waited on line for hours (I mean hours) and wrote a letter to them with no success. After writing to BCA, they quickly contacted them and my issue was solved less than a week. I filed a Better Business Bureau report on Flavor God. I finally received my merchandise. I have been dealing with Flavor God for about 3 years. I knew that COVID was delaying deliveries, however, I need to hear something from Flavor God. When I received my seasoning, they explained that it was due to COVID-19. The owner sent a video and apologize and asked for another chance. They also gave me a $10.00 coupon for my next order. So, I will give them another chance.

Had backup mirror installed in our truck. We asked for the User Manual and Warranty. The installer refused to give it to us. After nearly two months trying to contact a company about an order I didnt receive and having no luck getting my emails and phone calls returned, I contacted the Business Consumer Alliance online. I told them my story, gave them the simple information they required, and they issued a complaint against the company. Less than a week later I received an email from the company saying that the item was no longer available and that I wasnt charged. Im not sure they would have responded without the intervention of the BSA, so I am very grateful for the service they provide. Everyone should know that the Business Consumer Alliance is out there for the sole purpose of helping consumers deal with the sometimes unpleasant relations with the business world.

I had an issue with Sunpower the solar company. After calling the BBB and explaining my issue the customer service rep was very helpful. She walked me through the entire process and documented everything I said and submitted the claim immediately. She was reassuring and understanding and helped me understand the process and what to expect in return. No promises were made but gave me a “good” feeling that they would do all they can to remedy the issue. Hopefully this will be the first and last time I use them but it’s nice to know how helpful they can be.

I had a issue where I was grossly overcharged for my prescription medication. Business Consumer Alliance was very diligently to help me resolve my issue. They kept in touch with Silver Script and continued to follow-up. I am not sure how the issue got resolved, but I did finally get a refund from for the overcharge. I had an issue with the replacement ceiling fan/light unit supplied by my home warranty company. The main light in my kitchen was replaced with a soft-lit unit more suitable to a guest bedroom. I spoke to two CSRs and 2 supervisors who defended their policy of providing a builders grade replacement without regard for the location or the use for the fan/light unit. I think lodging a complaint with the Business Consumer Alliance let them know I was not going to go away and give up. Ultimately they offered a modest monetary settlement - but made me wait a full month for the check. In the meantime, I had dipped into savings in order to purchase a more suitable fan/light unit and hire someone to install it as I needed decent light in my kitchen!! Interestingly, the one I chose was only $30 more than the one they provided.

I allowed what I thought was a reasonable amount of time to get the amount owed to me but after 2 months of calling and emailing, I filed a complaint here. I ordered a set of printed return address labels last March, 2020, from New University Pen & Stationery, Inc., at 144 Bleecker Streeet, in New York City, charging them to my American Express card. I was told that it would take about two weeks to have them printed and for me to receive them. When the charge appeared on my next Americn Express bill, and I had not yet received the labels, I called American Express to complain that I had not received the merchandise. American Express called the merchant, and he responded by presenting to American Express a forged and bogus receipt, purported to have been signed by my wife the day of the purchase, saying that we had received the labels. We had not received the labels, nor had I or my wife ever signed a receipt saying that we had. American Express did little more to help after that call. I then contacted Business Consumer Alliance (BCA). Within just a few days, Ms. Elizabeth Barroso, Customer Service Representative at BCA, called the merchant, and he then called me the same day, offering to resend the labels to me. Within one week, the labels were sent by the merchant to me at my home.I cannot be thankful enough for the great help BCA was in resolving this dispute. The merchant was obviously not going to do anything, and, in fact, was willing to commit a forgery, rather than be helpful. American Express was not much more helpful either. Neither was the Better Business Bureau, with which I also filed a Complaint.I am very grateful for the prompt, effective, friendly, and very professional help I received from BCA, and I heartily recommend them to anyone who is experiencing problems with a merchant. First, I have been with Business Consumer Alliance (BCS)for a number of years; feel they are a very helpful and trusted companion in my daily business operations. Recently, I had some clients who were well past due for paying invoices. Well BCA came to my aide and generated some letters to the businesses in question. With their help I was able to receive payments for invoices, some being two months old. The staff did a great job, plus kept in touch through the process of helping me get paid for past due invoices. This is just one of the many things BCS is able to help with; greatly appreciated. On an added note, BCA had to send another collection letter to one of my clients for past due invoices dating back to May 2020. Within two weeks of sending their collection letter on my behalf, the client/firm has now paid past due invoices. This could not have happened without BCA help and assistance. As always, I am please to be a member of BCA; all the work they do on behalf of its members.

My first contact was Better Business Bureau, which did nothing but write a letter to the salon that my complaint was against. I decided to contact business consumer alliance and was very well satisfied. After my complaint was filed I received a follow-up phone calls to see if I was issued a refund check. It was only another week before I did receive a check in the mail and the situation that business consumer alliance help me with was resolved. They allow me to focus on my business and servicing my clients while they contact my clients for me and get the reviews. BCA set up my profile page for me and it was perfect. I have not had one issue with getting reviews posted to my profile. I would give them a 10 star if I could. I now focus on bettering my business while they get the reviews for me. When I contacted business consumer alliance I received a quick response. And within 24hrs they had reached out to the company. I then spoke with someone from customer service from that company and was told to wait a couple of days I would receive my check. I was impressed with such a quick response and immediate action, from business consumer alliance.

BCA helped tremendously with an issue we were having with a hotel in Detroit that refused to give us a refund after we had canceled our reservation 24hr before our scheduled date. I am happy to say that we finally got our refund. THANK YOU BCA.

I would like to thank Business Consumer Alliance my complaint was solve within a week excellent service. I received my refund from the company that was trying to ripping me off. I would refer anyone who got ripped off to contact Business Consumer Alliance they are amazing and the best.
