After discovering a faucet left on, and an inch of standing water in an upstairs bed and bath, I started calling water damage companies at 1am.The first two companies, I left messages. (Neither one ever responded)My third call was to 911 Restoration. Not only did they answer my panicked call, Carlos arrived within the 30 minute time he estimated.He quickly got started getting the water up and set up humidifiers and blowers in the affected rooms upstairs, and in the damaged garage underneath.911 Restoration was there the next day with an appraiser, and started the demolition work the day after, and were done in two days.They left the equipment running 2 additional days to ensure everything was dry.I should also note that not only did Carlos take pictures of all the damage, he also sent the photos to my insurance company, and handled the details with the adjuster, so I had no worries on that end.I highly recommend the crew of 911 Restoration.They were fast, courteous, empathetic, and explained everything so I understood exactly what was going on.Thank you 911!

I have super bad asthma and allergies and this company absolutely gets it. Theyve effectively gotten rid of all of our microbial growth issues that was causing a lot of grief with our family. From the beginning theyve been professional. Always punctual, friendly, responsive, focused and communicative. They go straight to work and work professionally with one another. They keep things contained to the areas they are working and keep things clean. Most people understand how important this is when working with contractors as no one wants to spend hours upon hours cleaning up after their contractors. The contractors are highly focused on their tasks making sure they do everything correctly the first time without cutting any corners.
