Buyer beware. The auction company states they are not responsible for listing, yet are very vague with the auction credibility. Auction Company listing stated 25 pieces of steel . The Auction company included a picture of the tag crimped to the budle of steel. There are several lot side by side, yet they do NOT provide auction stickers with lot numbers. The buddle of steel only included 16 pieces of steel that were worth $2,400 in lose product.Do not trust the listingDO not trust the listingCaution of the equipment because they do not perform functions test or fuel and oil samples.

Awesome place to buy or sell some used equipment. Honest people who always seem to tend to their customers needs. I always look forward to coming here to see what I can score, keep it up.

Our first visit here was a few weeks ago, so my review may get edited after we attend more auctions. Lots of parking close to the auction site, off street so thats really convenient. Much more small machinery,like lights and cement mixers here, etc. And they auction those first and it takes a great deal of time. Prices on vehicles seems on the higher side as well, depends. The issue I did have is that we were not allowed to drive our vehicles off the lot on auction day, this is a pain, since we travel over 2hours to get here. Thats basically why I gave them 3 stars.

First experience at an auction and what else can I say, it was smooth and easy sailing. The process was quick and easy even though they were swamped. The employees were very friendly and informative as well. Will certainly be back in the future!

Of all the Auction companies around (and I have attended dozens) this one has the most INTEGRITY of any I have dealt with. They are customer focused and when I have had a problem they have taken the time to discuss what went wrong and made it a win/win solution. I would encourage anyone to go here to buy and use them to consign stuff you want to get rid of.

I placed items for them to auction off. After 3 weeks of them having my item they only posted it on their website one day but before the auction. Unfortunately they did not describe my item properly and I had no time for them to correct it. I would not recommend using this auction company again.

I have purchased everything from antique engines to construction equipment at this auction. The staff is professional and puts the necessary effort forward to complete business properly. If you have a problem with a DMV related transaction, Crystal will ensure it gets handled properly. The yard foreman, Jack, maintains good order and has always treated fairly. The location is handy for me, near the 10 & 215 intersection. One thing I like, dealing with their auction over the internet, it is much more to my liking compared to some of the others.

Definitely the best auction in Socal! Prices can get a bit high but that isnt their fault anyways. The stuff is always good if you are reasonable and the workers seem to care about their customers. Will be a customer for years to come!

Bad experience. Bought a lift from that that arrived today, despite it being in poor condition and not operating correctly (Yes I understand that’s a risk with Auctions). The communication was poor and virtually non existent through my many efforts. Customer service was a joke. The lift got here and barely operates. They shouldn’t be selling pieces of garbage unless it’s listed as such. You cannot list something as operational if it’s not.Needless to say TAC sucks, I’ll never use them again and I’ll evangelize others avoiding them as well.

Terrible people. Dishonest. Make you pay for item in cash in full before they will show you the dodgy paperwork that does not match the item and will not refund. Most of the machinery is total worn out junk with many problems. Make sure you inspect in person and do not buy on line. The person that drives the machines in the video tries to hide faults. You have landed in a scrap yard that should be selling by the pound. The woman that runs the place is just horrible and will not work with anyone. Lets not forget all the added fees. Stay away

It will be a Cold Day in Hell before our Nonprofit Purchases anything from this place!! This establishment appears pretty shady!! Not a very well presented signup, rather than the typical 1.00 hold for Identity verification, that their system claimed would be released, they charged my account 1000! NO AUCTION has ever charged that much to sign up for an account to be able to add items to a watch list!! I have filed a fraud report with Our Nonprofits Credit Union.

Wish I had the day off to attend,lots of cool stuff.

Prices were the best considering it was an auction. Some people were paying over retail. But the large number of items for sale made it worth the drive

Placed a bid online and auction sold to onsite for the same dollar. Multiple phone calls. Was told I’d get a call back in “20 minutes” multiple times. Zero returned emails. Didn’t get a call back for 3 days. Told me the “floor bidder gets priority”. What a joke.

They’re garbage and sell garbage.When you attempt to call then out or bring it to their attention they just delete your feedback.

Its OK but now their doing it all wrong. They should do all the small stuff at the end instead of wasting time with stuff people dont even wanna buy. Now their wasting your whole day because their too slow to do all the items quicker and they have high prices for small junk. The cars dont take so long so thats the OK part about it.

Ladies its better to go to a used dealership than to come here. I bought 2 cars over 3000.00 dollars. I thought i paid the registration at the point of sale. Apparently they didnt charge me for it. After returning the lady in the office was completly disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional. She was cussing using the f word, saying i should have known better, saying i would make the auction company look bad if they helped me now, and saying she doesnt know who did my paperwork but they shouldnt have put her name. I honestly did think i paid everything and she made me feel horrible the supervisior just apologized for her behavior but still did not help me. I would rather deal with the dmv then to ever return here. I will never go to this aucrion again. If i could give this place a negative number i would.

They have a lot of lots to auction from. Pallets of linens, chairs, tables, cars, and more! Its a lot of fun and they are very friendly!

Bidder beware anything you buy online is not guaranteed to be there when you try and pick it up. Case & point pictures of rigid drills with batteries shown on auction day were missing the batteries when the items were picked up. The company said somebody must have took them and refused to stand behind the sales. Stay Away!

Buyer beware.. They sold me a vehicle that was missing the data plate and the title appeared to belong to some other vehicle.They refused to take it back and refund my money.This company seams to have no ethics.I had to take them to court to get my money back.

Prices can be high for county and state items. people bid too high for junk
