Got my blinds installed, 2 windows were non-standard in size and got 2 windows tinted.Took a while for the order to come in but the installation went very smooth.Would post pictures but dont see an option to post them. 🤔

Last Fall Budget Blinds installed non functional blinds in some bedroom windows. We have been contacted by an owner who promises to help us replace them with a more suitable solution.

I had read through a lot of reviews here, so I thought knew what to expect. But reading something and actually having it happen are two very different things. I was blown away by the Budget Blinds staff!Mike worked with our schedule to come and measure our windows during the inspection of our new home so that he could get our shutters and roller shades ordered and to us as soon as possible after our close. When COVID-19 caused a significant delay (over a month!) in the shipping of our shutters, Mike communicated openly and honestly every step of the way to let us know where our shipment was and how soon we could expect them.When our roller shades came in earlier than expected, Julian came out and installed them quickly and efficiently. He took his shoes off in my house, and showed up wearing his mask over his nose the entire time. Apparently we have really crazy windows (old house!) but he was able to place them in the window evenly, despite the uneven drywall.When our shutters finally came in last week I was so so pleased and amazed (again!) by how respectful Kylan and Fransisco were of my home-- it was cold and snowy outside, but they took their shoes off without asking if they needed to, and put them back on every time they had to go outside. We have recently had people from other businesses working in our home on other things, and the fact the people from Budget Blinds took their shoes off, kept their masks on, and spoke to me with kindness and respect REALLY stuck out to me the second time.The house was upended for a short while and then before I knew it, suddenly they were done and the trash (including our old ugly blinds) had disappeared! Fransisco talked us through the warranties and care instructions for our new shutters and then they left just as quickly as they came. My second time using Budget Blinds and I’ll use them again. They’re beautiful, well made and look a lot more expensive than they actually are. Well worth the price. When selling my last home I had many compliments on my custom blinds; pretty sure that helped me sell for over ask! The customer service has been great. I would highly recommend Christina as the salesperson and Isaac as the installer. No pressure, professional and they treat your home like it’s theirs. Love the top down / bottom up shades Lots of privacy while still letting light in. Highly recommend. And I don’t do that lightly!!

Very happy with the vertical blinds we got. Customer service was top notch from beginning to end, kudos to Dina and her team. When the installer first came to install the blinds, one of the railing was damaged from shipping. He put up temporary blinds to cover the patio door and informed me he would order a replacement and would take 2 weeks to arrive. Sure enough, two weeks later, I was contacted by them to come out again to install. The blinds we got looks awesome. Would definitely order from them again in the future.

I have beautiful drapes in my master bedroom. Very helpful staff and great selection of samples and styles. Two surprises: First, expect it to take 2 to 3 months to get your drapes back and installed. Second, the cost. Ask up front. Their product is beautiful, but very expensive.

We felt the pricing was also good. We had been given a 5 week timeline but they were actually ready in about 2 weeks. Budget Blinds made the experience of replacing blinds very easy. Not only did they have a great variety of choices when it came to materials but the install was quick and the fit was perfect. Kylan was especially great as he had to squeeze behind furniture to get to the windows, but removed our broken old blinds and installed our new ones quickly.

Came to house with samples and we were able to decide on best option for our 3 small office windows. The kind of blinds we decided on werent able to be made without a cord so budget blinds upgraded them to a different type very similar but just had to decide on new color. Our order came in quicker than expected and install was fast. We love them and they work great!

Wow! Great service, quality, and commitment. I had read other reviews and decided to give Budget Blinds a try and I’m glad I did! First, when I called initially, they responded quickly. I have a second home in the mountains and they were happy to make the trip, do an estimate, and take an order. They measured and provided an accurate estimate on the spot. The blind selection had just what I wanted and comes with their guarantee and warranty. I ordered 17 honeycomb shades of various sizes with 8 of them room darkening. The price was very reasonable. Due to COVID, they quoted a longer wait time but the order came in weeks before the expected date. They were fast and flexible when scheduling installation. All the shades were measured absolutely correct and it only took a little over an hour to put all of them in. They all work and look great. Many thanks to the folks who took my call, measured, and installed. My experience with budget blinds was pretty good. Josh, did a great job of helping me select the right blinds. Jeremy did an amazing job of installing them quickly and without a lot of mess. I was not impressed with the timeliness of the order (which they warned me about when I place the order ) but then we had to wait even another week once the product came into the warehouse. I had to do all the contacting to find out the progress of the order. Also, the price is hardly budget. For what I paid for the blinds, I would have expected primo customer service... And maybe even some chocolate. 😜 However, they look nice and if they last as long as they say they will, perhaps it will have been a good investment.

Seth did a great job with setting us up with all the blinds and panels I was hoping for. Then Isaac came and installed them all over the house. Great job! Covid caused a delay in the large living room panels arriving but I was always kept up to date. Kylan arrived and had the panel track up in no time, all the while having little ones underfoot. We waited 2 months for drapes and rods for 2 windows. What showed up was a rod for one window and a drape for the other. I was told the owner would call me that day to discuss it but I had to call them 4 days later. When the owner returned my call she said she was too busy to talk and would call me Monday morning. Long story short I had to pursue my refund but did eventually get it. Service men were fine, customer service from the owner unsatisfactory.
