WOW! This company is amazing from start to finish. I am so impressed with the level of service from the appointment to the sales to the install. The woman on the phone was so polite while scheduling our appointment. Gary was thorough in his description of our options and even saved us money by not trying to sell us more than we needed. He kept in touch, ordered the windows, and stayed on top of the process for us. LOVE that the windows are made in Colorado. Finally, the three installers were top notch. They showed up and had windows out within minutes and cleaned up after each step. They were just all around nice people who value their product and their customer. We had 7 windows replaced and they look better than the ones that were replaced before we moved in (from a different company). We will absolutely be repeat customers when the time comes. I purchased and had a Provia entry door and storm door installed. The Provia doors are beyond wonderful!! They got my windows and doors measured, didnt sell me anything I didnt need, ordered and delivered the product on time, and the gents who came out today to install them were top-notch. Knocked out several windows (one custom) and two sliders in a day! Quality work too, no corners cut, clean work. I am so pleased with my new windows...should have done this a long time ago because I can already tell Im going to have lower heating bills, as absolutely no cold air is seeping through anywhere around the windows. The owner greeted me when I first visited the showroom and explained all the different window styles and manufacturers. The installer came out to recheck the measurements before the installation date. I was impressed that the installers were always on time and very professional...they made sure I was satisfied with everything and made sure I didnt have any questions on operating the windows. If anyone is interested in new windows or patio doors or siding I would surely check into this company.

I had a new storm door installed by Dutchs. I love the Provia brand that they sold me. It is solid and it looks great. But the best part of this whole experience was the customer service. Not only were they honest but they bent over backwards to make sure that things were right AND that I was happy at every step of the way. I had new siding installed on my house and the sales person and construction workers were amazing. I am so pleased with the PlyGem Mastic siding, it is top quality. The team that installed the siding were master construction workers and I have many compliments on it.I recommend this company for any home improvement work needed.

They had an A+ rating and great reviews so we had them come and give us an estimate. Tom was on time, professional and was very informative about the company. He brought brochures, pictures and a sample window so we could have all the information we needed, along with a great comparable price to other companies. We decided to go with them for our window replacement and are happy with how everything is progressing so far.

Just had my 3rd great experience with Dutchs. They truly honor theyre warranties. Workmen are so nice and happy to help. Every time they come I am left with the thought that this company is how vendors are supposed to operate. Let me start by saying I only got a quote from these guys, so I CANNOT speak to the quality of their work. But honestly the quote was a waste of time... I wanted a siding job done, and the guy quoting me didnt even bother to climb on the roof where the siding job was needed. I trusted he knew what he was doing though. He told me hed have the quote by the following week. Two weeks later, I had to contact them asking where the quote was. And when I did receive the quote, he missed the main part of the job (which he didnt even see cause he never got on the roof...) so now Im waiting on a requote. Ill be using another company

This company is awesome. They had been recommended to me and I went with them. I am SO glad that I did. From beginning (sales) to end (installation), the service and quality was AMAZING. I even had an operator error on one of the windows and was leaving for vacation. The installer came out on a Saturday while spending time with his family to look at it. He was super patient and did not make me feel like an idiot! I will definitely tell everyone about this company! You DO NOT get this level of service anymore!!

Excellent service throughout the process. We had 4 tall narrow windows damaged in last years hail storm. Initial estimates ran as high as $11K, unacceptable by the insurance. Gary came in and worked with us to find a solution. We were concerned about the outside appearance of replacement windows with our brick exterior, but the installation team did a wonderful job, you cant tell they are replacements from the inside or outside. The team even helped us seal three basement windows we had replaced ourselves. Outstanding from start to finish. No reservations referring them to anyone.

I purchased my very first window from Dutchs more than 15 yrs ago & due to finances at the time had to buy 2 windows at a time until complete. My windows have held up with great quality all these yrs! Since that time I have had a stucco company accidentally break my bedroom window and those darn hail storms the last couple yrs beat to death the windows on the back of my house : ( So recently Dutchs came out to replace my dining room window (per insurance-from hail) and as usual the workers were very professional and answered all my questions. Plus I had a window in the front of my house (nothing to do with the hail) that the stucco company replaced a trim pc on a couple yrs ago and it has been falling apart (they did a terrible job). At no additional charge Dutchs removed and replaced that trim so that it would be sealed completely again. I cannot say enough good things about Dutchs Home Improvements......Gary Dutch and his staff are amazing ppl. Called them to get a general quote on siding for my house. Befor I could realy get any information the person on the phone told me oh its 10 to 12 weeks out befor we could even look. So I guess they are so busy that they dont want anymore customers.

10 years ago I moved into my older home and was in desperate need of new windows. I contacted a name brand national company and they came out and installed two master bedroom windows. For financial reasons, my husband & I decided to install windows in stages. We had such a horrible experiencand provided terrible customer service. After that disappointing experience, for the next phases we decided to install all of the remaining home windows - about 10 of them, and use a locally owned company. We are so glad we chose Dutchs Home Improvement. Family owned, they take pride in their business and they often have to compete with the national name brands. About a week ago I had trouble with one of my windows not closing. I called Dutchs. Without hesitation, they came out the same day (Chris) and worked on my window, fixed it, no charge. This past weekend, they sent a technician out (Tracy) and he lubed every window in the house, also free of charge. Lifetime guaranty. They stick to their word. Exceptional customer service. Both Chris & Tracy were on time and great. Dawn is great on the phone and Gary is top notch with customer service. I am so glad i went with a locally owned company. They pay attention to you. They give you personal service. They care. The windows are awesome, great product. They hold the sound out and they have helped my utility bill. They are actually way better quality windows than the two I purchased through the national name brand company. Now that Tracy applied the lube to the windows, my Dutchs windows are like new 10 years later.
