I called several companies. I was most impressed with my interactions with Jacobs Ladder. We hired them to come out and the technician, Paris, was extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

We have been using Jacobs Ladder for almost a year and have been very satisfied with their service. The gentleman that comes out to do our windows is always on time and makes sure all the doggy nose prints are gone from the windows. They do a great job following-up every quarter to see if we want them to come back out, without being pushy. Definitely recommend this company.

Received same day quote, work was scheduled for 3 days later... Most companies I reached out to couldnt provide a quote in the time it took them to complete the work.The windows look great, they completed it so quickly I didnt realize they had finished.Well definitely be using them going forward.

They were on time and fast. No damage done. Some water spots after claiming there would not be. They dont dry the windows or polish the glass. I have not used inside, only the outside. Charged roughly $150 per hour for work. We have a big house but he wanted $1000 to inside and outside windows. Charged $300 for outside only and told me next year it would be $350.

Not only were the windows left spotless but they managed to accommodate us and do it on short notice before our weekend guests arrived! I’ve used Jacob’s Ladder for about 5-6 years. Quite a few years at my last house and again after moving . Nathan is our current technician. He is professional, does a wonderful job (inside and/or outside windows and screens) and has good communication via texting which I prefer over calls. The prices are super reasonable because I could not do what they do!I highly recommend this company.

First time that I used this company. I called them because I needed gutter cleaning done, in addition to window cleaning. They do both! Nathan was on time and professional. Before starting, he needed to adjust the window cleaning portion of quote I had received from the office when I first called. After we discussed, I decided to go ahead with the work. He worked quietly and efficiently. The gutters are cleaned thoroughly(newer home, mostly residue from the roof ). The windows look great. He uses a unique spray device to clean the outside of the windows. It’s hooked up to filtered water in his truck. No streaking ! I would highly recommend Nathan, though you suggest that you ask the company to do an on site estimate the job before the day of the work. That way you avoid changes to the quote you receive from their office. They have a repeat customer discount, if you get the exterior of your windows cleaned every 3 months. I’m considering this service. All in all, quite satisfied. 5 stars for the actual service. 3-4 stars for the estimating process. Overall 4 -4.5. I recommend them.

I actually saw Nathan cleaning our neighbors windows and scheduled him to do ours. Havent cleaned the outside of the windows since we built the house, and he did a great job getting all the new construction dirt off the windows. Very professional, on time, and polite.
