Im never one to leave a bad review because I understand mistakes happen however i feel the need to do a review to hopefully help other people from experiencing the issues we have dealt with. Cromwell originally agreed to do road construction on a new development. We waited for four months with multiple excuses of weather stopping then from starting which we were understanding about and then they upped their bid by $150,000 to which we agreed. We were always told they were planning to start the following week and we just kept hearing that over and over for four months. We were then promised they were going to start road work on the following Monday (yet again) and when I visited the site the weekend before we realized there was no equipment delivered. We tried calling them several times throughout the weekend to find out what was going on and they never called us back. On Monday morning they sent an email stating they were not completing the project study no explanation. We have buyers who have purchased lots waiting on to build on the promises on Cromwell. Cromwell did not stick to their word and put a lot of people in a bad situation for no reason. I would definitely use a different company (any company besides Cromwell).
