Made my first watch purchase here. It was a very comfortable experience. I felt like I was in knowledgeable hands. I was confident in my purchase. Far better than going online. And the staff were incredible. As long as I live in Colorado springs I will always go to micheal knight for all my time piece related needs. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs to service or purchase a watch. Thanks guys!

Overall, I had a great experience here purchasing my first Rolex. Mr and Mrs. Knight were wonderful to do business with and the passion for their work here is obvious. Definitely a cool piece of downtown Colorado Springs and I hope to visit here again soon. Thanks for everything! Oh and shout out to Jake the dog!

BAD REPAIR, HIGH PRICE, BAD POST-SERVICE AND BAD SOLUTIONSI would avoid it for any serious repair.I accidentally damaged my watch while working on a computer.I took it to KW&J and they said they could repair it. It was done in about 24hrs which was the only good part, I paid the bill, no questions asked. After the repair water started getting into my watch right at the place where it was repaired. This was NOT happening before, so it was a post-repair problem. Simple engineering training and basic technical logic. After going back to KW&J for a possible follow up, their reply was to send it back to the original manufacturer for sealing. Implying that his work was finely executed and there was nothing he could do.Well, if I had known, then I would have sent it directly to the manufacturer in the first place!!!!Given that the hermetic seal problem showed up AFTER the repair and the watch was hermetic BEFORE the repair and accident Then I would expect any competent watchmaker to check the hermetic seal post-repair. Why do you expect your client to tell you about a problem that WAS NOT HAPPENING BEFORE repair??? Defies logic!!!The seal seems to be now defective right at the so-called crown. And moisture/condensation shows right at this point and yes it was AFTER you replaced it. No it is not at the buttons per your explanation and given that you were closed due to the holidays, then there was enough time for the moisture to evaporate (simple physics) . I waited around a week just to visit your store again hoping to find somebody who stands by his work. That DID NOT happen. So, if you have a serious repair in a nice watch: AVOID THIS PLACE

Great service and beautiful watches! If you’re in the market for a one-of-a-kind piece, Michael will take good care of you! He helped me out with my watch when a pin/screw came out and he made sure to polish it up to a high shine before returning it.

I have lived in the Springs for 24 years and have never come here before. The shop is really cool to look at. Beautiful old building. I only needed a new battery for a watch. The charge was fair and they were able to finish in about 7 minutes including setting the time. Friendly service.

My dad has been a customer of Knight jewelry for many years. My dad always spoke very highly of Mike Knight and his daughter. I know he was always treated fairly and many of the watches he purchased appreciated greatly in value. I was in a few months ago as I hadnt seen Mike since I was a young kid. He has a very nice shop and it was a great visit.

Knight restored a vintage Omega watch that had been worn by my uncle throughout WWII and later by my grandmother for many years while working as a licensed practical nurse. I found it, scratched and bent, in my Dads desk after he died early this year. Knight did a beautiful job, restoring the watch at the agreed price and on schedule, and it works perfectly. I had intended just to keep it on display, but instead I wear it several times a week, as a pleasant reminder of family members now long gone.

Went in to get the band of a Navihawk citizen watch fitted and the band was cut of very sloppy asked to be trimmed again and still very sloppy. This was a gift for my boyfriend before he leaves to Afganistan. Was quoted 25-30 dolls and charged 35. If we are going to pay this much for an 8 min job it better be top notch

I took my Wittnaur Genieve that has been in disrepair for 20 years to Knight Watch. I have been to many repair shops to try to repair it. I have even sent it out of state and no one was able to fix it. I had a stroke of luck by going here, Michael knows what he is doing and is an artist, and craftsman. Not only did he get it to work again, he also made it look brand new.
